Racism and Antisemitism and National Socialism and Zionism and Multiculturalism and Jewish Apartheid in Australia.
Review of Jack Van Tongeren: The ANM Story, True Blue Aussie Underground, 2004, ISBN 0646 49904 1, P/B, 319 pages
A couple of days ago I received in the mail a copy of the above book, then today I received from our Western Australian Associate a number of newspaper articles concerning the recent ‘racist’ attacks in Perth, and in today’s email I received from John Bennett the following news item:
MAD JACK, By JIM KELLY, Sunday Times, WA, 1August 2004 CONVICTED race-hate terrorist Jack van Tongeren - wanted by police - yesterday broke his silence to claim he feared for his life. The Australian Nationalists Movement leader remained in hiding yesterday but contacted Channel 7 by phone to deny any involvement with recent racist campaigns targeting Asian and Jewish communities. Reading a prepared statement, he said "monstrous" allegations were being made against him as an excuse for police to kill him. "Making this statement puts my own liberty and life in danger," he said. "This present media hype is a police and media massive beat-up to engineer an excuse for ASIO to jail Australian Nationalists Workers Union members and kill me by using the ASIO Bill. There never was and never is any so-called paramilitary (unit). Those who know me well know than I am not a violent man." Attorney-General Jim McGinty yesterday said police had evidence linking Mr van Tongeren with the recent race attacks, including the firebombing of Chinese restaurants in February. Police charged four men aged between 17 and 21 with the attacks but at the time ruled out any link with Mr van Tongeren's ultra right-wing movement. "It now appears there may have been more to that story," Mr McGinty said yesterday. "The trouble with Jack is that he manages to get people to do the stupidest things." Mr van Tongeren remained in hiding yesterday after it was revealed that police wanted to talk to him about a loosely planned terror campaign targeting Perth's Asian community and public figures. Mr McGinty cut short a ministerial trip to Adelaide this week and flew back to Perth after police warned him about an alleged ANM plan to harm him. Officers involved in the hunt for Mr van Tongeren raided a house in Gingin on Thursday and questioned his close associate Judith Lyons. A gang response taskforce is also trying to locate a former ANM deputy and a present senior member. Yesterday, referring to the Gingin raid, Mr van Tongeren said: "Our once great Australia is fast becoming a Stalinist police state where an innocent defenceless woman just selling books is dragged away by shotgun-wielding guards. What is going on? Where are the death threats here? And yes, I called for those MPs committing treason against Australia to face a proper trial. But again, where are the death threats here?" The threat against the Attorney-General was allegedly part of a wider ANM plot which was to culminate in the firebombing of Asian restaurants - a trademark of the organisation's 1980s race-hate campaign. Two years ago The Sunday Times revealed details of a threatening letter sent to Mr McGinty by former van Tongeren confidant Chris Bartle who warned that Mr van Tongeren was a trained gunman who knew Mr McGinty's address and weak points. The letter was sent shortly before Mr van Tongeren was released from prison after serving 12 years for masterminding the racist attacks two decades ago. "Jack van Tongeren was trained to shoot in the Royal Australian Army, he has been in actual combat, he has been shot at, he has used his rifle to kill the enemy he was ordered to kill," Mr Bartle told Mr McGinty in the letter. "You must make certain that he does not feel threatened or give him any reason to go underground and declare war against you and your government."
Police vow to wipe out race hate, by Grahame Armstrong in The Sunday Times, 25 July 2004. Therein is stated that Police Commissioner Karl O’Callaghan has set up a special unit – Operation Atlantic – to hunt down racists … will stay in place to snuff out other race-hate crimes … ‘We, as a society, accept that we’re a multi-cultural society, we live side-by-side with different ethnic groups, and we’re tolerant in that regard. If the police don’t step in and do something about this then that whole philosophy is eroded – people can’t live comfortably, can’t live how they want to … Whether we make it permanent or not depends on what we see over the next couple of weeks. I’m wanting to keep it together because we want to do a wider inquiry. We’re trawling through holdings, paraphernalia and literature and we’re going to keep on working on this unit we’ve stamped it out.’ The new unit would look closely at Mr van Tongeren’s new book, The ANM Story.
Another article of interest appeared on 26 July 2004, which the The West Australian ran as an anonymously written story, not as an editorial:
Eureka town sees red over that flag Ballarat, birthplace of the Eureka flag, has joined the call for race hate promoter Jack van Tongeren to stop using the symbol. “It’s important that people look at the flag and actually understand its historic importance to the development of democracy in Australia,” the Victorian town’s Federal Labor MP Catherin King said. Last week union boss Kevin Reynolds warned Mr van Tongeren to stop using the flag for his divisive motives. Ms King is pushing a Bill through Parliament to have the 15-year-old Eureka flag officially recognised and registered. “What this WA group is doing is certainly counter to what the Eureka flag symbolises,” she said. “It’s about all people’s rights. There were 22 different nationalities on the goldfields around Ballarat at the time of the flag’s creation and therefore it is seen as a symbol of multiculturalism.” Adding to the pressure on the neo-nazi is confirmation from police Commissioner Karl O’Callaghan that extracts from Mr van Tongeren’s book The AMN Story are being examined. Inside Cover has quoted some paragraphs believing they are intent on creating racial hatred by calling on people to ignore the law and use force against “the invaders”. By putting these words in print Mr van Tongeren could be investigated under Section 77 of the Criminal Code. “We are doing a range of things around the inquiry which I don’t want to disclose at the moment,” the commissioner told reporters. “We are looking at all sorts of material.” Reporter: Is the book one of them? Commissioner: That book is, yes. Here’s another possibility the commissioner might like to consider. The convicted criminal is openly flogging copies of his book for $25 each. Who knows whether he’s actually raised much money, but in the Criminal Property Confiscation Act there is a section which deals with this sort of profiteering. “Anything of monetary value acquired in Australia or elsewhere from the commercial exploitation of any product or of any broadcast, telecast or other publication where the commercial value of the product, broadcast telecast or other publication, depends on or is derived from a person’s involvement in the commission of a confiscation offence,” reads the Act. It’s a long-winded way of saying any money made from selling something made possible by committing a crime may be seized by authorities. You might think that a book written in prison by a bloke convicted of firebombing restaurants would fit into that category.
Two days later, on 28 July, 2004, West Australian columnist, Tony Rutherford, while commenting on the daubing of a swastika on a Chinese restaurant window, made the big sweep in his column’s heading: Anti-Semitism attracts the true lunatic fringe, and instead of simply condemning all forms of racism, pleads special treatment for Jews:
“It helps if we understand that incidents of this kind are not simply outbreaks of racist activity. All racism is unpleasant to one degree or another. But anti-Semitism is a special case. It’s not just that Western cultures have fairly systematically mistreated Jews since the middle ages. The catastrophe of nazi Germany is a central irreducible horror that makes anti-Semitism utterly different and unacceptable.” [The West Australian consistently writes nazi with a lower case n – FT]
Rutherford then notes that the recent D-Day celebrations had little meaning for the younger generation that did not know what it was all about, and that it seems wrong for students to leave school without having a knowledge of what sacrifices were made in order to stop the German occupation of Europe, and that such sacrifices may have to be made again. What is he alluding to here? Of course – the same old hackneyed thing:
“Similarly, they [students] cannot be allowed to leave school without some idea of what happens when an ideology like Nazism takes over almost an entire nation and finds willing accomplices in its occupied countries. Without that, they can have no idea of what ideologies can do and no idea of what the Holocaust stands for. And without that, they are easy prey for all the hateful fringe groups lurking out there. Schools are asked to take all sorts of good causes … it is entirely reasonable and far from difficult for them to ensure that children are exposed to a basic appreciation of history… One complicating factor now present (and not in the 1930s) is the Palestinian problem. The confusion of Israel and Jew is now inextricable … deliberate confusion of anti-Israeli sentiment with anti-Semitism that we see … in the judgment of the International Court of Justice on the legality of the Israeli security barrier. That, irrespective of legitimate differences on the rights and wrongs of the issue, was a parody of justice … What is perhaps most worrying in all this is the rise of hatred as a routine expression of political opinion. Over the last few years we have seen both anti-Americanism and anti-globalisation take on a seriously unpleasant cast … endlessly backed by the of websites which reinforce not only the hatred but the paranoid conspiracy theories which lie behind so much of the extremism of far left and far right... difficulty of democracy is the self-discipline required to sustain rational disagreement. If the politics of unreason becomes the norm, then we will lose. ”
There we have it. The above view needs challenging for truth-content, and so Revisionists are back in business telling the truth about the ‘Holocaust’ and back in the firing line set up by those who wish to suppress the truth. Revisionists well know the vital historical facts of some 60 years ago that form the foundation of, and are the premise on which the post World War Two World Order rests.
Admittedly, it must be hurtful for those who have believed all this time in the goodness of their actions, then to be confronted in their old age with different version of events that question everything contained in their belief system. No wonder that ruthlessly through legal means such belief in the goodness of the Allies’ actions are enforced to this day. But there is more. The so-called ‘Nazi’ hunting days are still going on by individuals, such as Dr Ephraim Zufroff of the Simon Wiesenthal Centre in Jerusalem, and governments such as the USA and its infamous OIS operation that delights in stripping old immigrants to the US of their citizenship, then deporting them back to some European country where prison awaits them.
Background It is appropriate that I now read this Jack van Tongeren book so as to gain an insight into this whole controversy surrounding his activities. Before doing so, though, I would like to say that I have met van Tongeren on four occasions, two of them while he was in prion serving his 12-year sentence. My visits to him inside prison were made once before I served my own time in 1999, and again after I came out. Jack first began writing to me soon after 1994 when we began Adelaide Institute. He has since advised me that some prominent Australian politicians also corresponded with him, one a certain young vocal and vivacious lady living in Adelaide and one-time leader of one of the minor political parties.
Regularly I would receive Jack’s weekly letters that he would always end with “Hitler was right”. While visiting him in prison I asked why he did that, and the response was a smile and words to the effect that he would most likely be upsetting some of the prison officials, and others, who wished to see him renounce his ideology. Jack van Tongeren didn’t and hasn’t renounced his ideology, but what he has renounced is his call for physical action-violence, very much in line with what German Horst Mahler did after spending a similar time in prison. Interestingly, when we began our work in Adelaide, the Federal police soon knew of our activities, and two gentlemen were dispatched to look us over and ask the usual two questions: 1. Do you deal in drugs? and 2. Do you have anything to do with weapons? As it was easy for me to answer these questions with a firm no, the response from the agents was, “Then what you are doing is a free speech issue; it is a matter between you and the Jews.”
This reminds me of my student time in Stuttgart during the 1970s when the Baader-Meinhoff had Europe abuzz with its revolutionary fervor. I recall how I, as the philosophy student representative on the faculty, had to come to terms with this matter of revolutionary ways and means. There were the Marxists, the Marxist-Leninists, the Anarchists, and all those who wanted violence, and there were those who wanted to change the system from within – the march through the institutions. I supported the latter position because for me what the Jewish-Bolsheviks had done to Russia was unacceptable – killing millions of individuals just so that you can gain access to power is not on. Once I watched how the Stuttgart University students organized a huge march to the home of a judge presiding over the Baader-Meinhoff trial. It did not help those on trial.
I recall how during one of my visits to the Baader-Meinhoff trial proceedings I was surprised of their overt bad behaviour in court. I can accept that the stress of it all must have been tremendous, but even during my numerous appearances before the Federal Court of Australia I have never had a problem with my behaviour – though some have said that respectful behaviour does not help to win a case in court! The Stuttgart-Stammheim court room resembled that of an enlarged boxing ring. On occasions Baader spat at the judges from a safe distance and generally showed his utter contempt for the legal proceedings against him and his colleagues. Some would say that this was all justified. Yet, the German judiciary was clever in that it had these so-called terrorists on a criminal charge of killing, and the attempt to open the issue into one of political-revolutionary-ideology was ignored by the court. The physical facts were clear, that a physical act had been perpetrated. The prosecution didn’t even have to take into consideration any of the ideologically motivated physical actions that had prompted the Baader-Meinhoff group into action.
Three decades later Horst Mahler has taken up the battle again, but this time using pure brainpower – the true meaning of what constitutes a revolutionary act. Steeped in philosophical thought and honed on Hegels’ dialectic thought patterns rather than on the deficient Marxist dialectics, Horst Mahler now presents his world view as would any intellectual giant. That the young public prosecutor, whose job it is to present the case against Mahler, is totally mentally challenged by Mahler’s intellectual thrustings is self-evident.
This time Mahler cannot be charged with having physically committed a criminal act, and hence the prosecution is using the legally poorly constructed Paragraph 130 in a vain attempt to silence him. In his own anguish state prosecutor Krüger is forced to listen to Mahler’s arguments because Krüger has accused Mahler of committing thought crimes.
That the legal framework in Germany is inadequate in coming to terms with the intellectual challenges that Mahler presents in court, is evident, as is also that nothing will restrain Mahler’s mind. And so, what do you do? Cry for help in the way the Soviets handled its dissenting minds: certify them insane because a physical form of punishment, ie. sending the dissident to the GULags is out of the question for the German judiciary. In an aside that was meant to belittle Mahler’s efforts in mounting his own defence, the prosecutor already admitted that he cannot follow Mahler’s intellectual thrustings.
On 4 August 2004 Horst Mahler advised the Landgericht Berlin that on 26 July 2004 a judge ordered that Mahler’s mental state be assessed by psychiatrist, Dr. Böhle, on grounds of Mahler’s ‘Holocaust’ denial and of his defamation of the German state. Mahler says this order thus proves that anyone who does not fear the Jew is deemed to be mentally unstable. Mahler also refers to a television screening of a film about Rudolf Hess that clearly stated Hess was murdered, something Revisionists have been saying for decades.
Now, in anticipation of delving into The ANM Story, I think I can already conclude from the above material that thanks to Jack van Tongeren’s book, Australia has now matured into this bigger league of world politics where it is perceived that dissenting minds need to be restrained.
Two further news items from Germany indicate that van Tongeren’s matter is quite topical:
1. Shock awaits neo-nazis, The West Australian, 28 July 2004 Neo-nazis seeking to access racist propaganda on the internet will get a lesson on the Holocaust when visiting a website named after the nazi victory salute, sieg heil. All traffic to the former neo-nazi website siegheil.de has been redirected to shoa.de, a site providing information on the origins of anti-Semitism and a detailed account of the nazis’ murder of about six million Jews. Germany’s central registration authority for web addresses, Denic, revoked the licence of the former operator of siegheil.de at the request of the German internet watchdog jugendschutz.net.
2. Germany gives Nazis their say, The West Australian, 30 July 2004 Germany’s high court yesterday defended the constitutional right of freedom of expression for neo-nazis. In a landmark decision, the Federal Constitutional Court rejected a State court ruling that banned a rally by right-wing extremists protesting against construction of a Jewish synagogue. The lower court had upheld a ban issued by municipal authorities in the City of Bochum who said the rally violated Federal laws against public utterance or display of nazi ideology. The high court conceded that the opinions expressed by the National Party of Germany were clearly offensive to many people, but the sensibilities of the majority were outweighed by the constitutional guarantees of freedom of expression. “These guarantees cannot be suspended simply because the ideas expressed by a minority contradicted those held by the majority.” DPA
The latest news item out of Perth indicates that the psychological spin has been implemented and is working, and that a guilty plea in the current action against ANM members will ensure the public prosecutor remains in control of the facts of the story. This was also the case in the conviction of Australia’s first home-grown ‘terrorist’, also in Perth, a few weeks ago where the details of any allegation, and proof thereof, remained hidden from public view by the accused pleading guilty.
From: newslists@YOUR.ABC.NET.AU Sent: Tuesday, August 03, 2004 7:31 PM Subject: ABC - NewsMail *Trio admit role in Perth racist attacks* Three men have admitted to a Perth court that they took part in a spate of racist graffiti attacks across Perth. Daniel Klavins, Frank James Lemin, and Benjamin Weerheym have pleaded guilty in the Perth Magistrates Court to criminal damages charges. The court heard Klavins and Lemin sprayed racist graffiti and put up posters for the Australian Nationalist Movement (ANM) at a synagogue and a number of Perth businesses. Weerheym drove them around during the attacks. Defence lawyer Michael Tudori told the court the men had unhappy childhoods and did not feel accepted by their families. He said they sought comfort in the ANM. Mr Tudori said that since being charged, the men had changed their minds about the ANM and now denounce the group. Magistrate Peter Malone remanded the men in custody until Thursday, when they will be sentenced.
Here is The ANM Story
In his brief Foreword to the book, Rick Cooper of National Socialist Vanguard, USA, gives the wellspring of van Tongeren’s actions:
“Inspired by Adolf Hitler who challenged the international Jewish usurious banking system, who defeated the same in Germany and who saved the German people from certain destruction; and inspired by Napoleon Bonaparte who proclaimed that a man who works for the survival of his people, regardless of means, breaks no laws; Peter Joseph “Jack” van Tongeren, founder and leader of the Australian Nationalist Movement (ANM), boldly and unremorsefully writes the story of the ANM, detailing specific activities and apologizing for nothing, as he sits behind a typewriter in an Australian prison, serving a sentence for his patriotic White Australian Nationalist activities… Jack van Tongeren … formed the opinion that if the bushrangers (a forerunning Australian White Nationalist group) had also run a political campaign on the streets of the towns and cities, then they would have stood a chance of actually overthrowing the system … preventing a lot of Southeast Asian money coming into Australia to artificially maintain Asian affluence, was that the ANM forced the Zionist-run system to remove its façade of respectability and illusion of freedom … Without heavy investment from Asia, the economy could not maintain affluence for most. Too many people were getting hurt and angry… Specific charges included burglarizing Jew- and Asian-owned warehouses and then fencing the goods to finance ANM activities which were primarily anti-Asian and anti-Jew … is a true story written by Australian Nationalists Movement founder Jack van Tongeren who, together with his small dedicated band of White Australian working people, dared and challenged the Zionist power structure of Australia.” P.vii-xi.
This is followed by a page on ‘Nature Is All’, wherein the claim is made that the eternal Laws of Nature govern the development and progression of everything. This implies that we are given a choice to become either
“a community of independent, racially pure folk communities, bound together by a loyalty to the Blood and the Soil and living culturally fulfilled lives in harmony with the rest of Nature, or a mongrel mass, crammed into soul destroying megalopolitan ant heap under the lash of alien tyrants who reduce all culture to the lowest profitable level and subordinate the destinies of the race and nations they have destroyed in their own insatiable lust for power and wealth; followed by doom!” P.xiii.
The Prologue is John van Blitterswyk’s statement to the court made on 10 September 1990. It is a passionate plea to the jury about the legal procedures that did not enable the accused to mount an effective defence. I can relate to that because in my own case before the HREOC and in the Federal Court I had no defence lawyer because no barrister would willingly be a part of such a political show trial. How could van Blitterswick have convinced the jury that his grievance was legitimate, that he was set up by one witness who received immunity from prosecution? It is so reminiscent of the homicidal gas chamber libel that also rests on the mere evidence of two witnesses who said they saw it all. Among other things Van Blitterswick said:
“The crown and Russell Willey have alleged many things. They have said that we are radicals, that we are paramilitary, that my country property is a military training camp, but all of that is just outright lies. The only reason my property was being mentioned as a paramilitary training camp and all that is so the Crown and the system can justify taking my home and my land and putting my wife and her children on the streets …There is a conspiracy against the Australian People. Our children are being poisoned every day through chemicals in their foods. They can’t even eat red apples any more without getting a carcinogenic disease. … not one person in this Nation has been asked whether we want to have all these chemicals and garbage in our food…what else can I do when I go to the media and they refuse you any access to the papers or they vilify you and call you neo-Nazi… Every one of these politicians … know about Social Credit system. They know that we don’t need to pay interest, yet they choose to carry on and suppress the true knowledge to our people … They are the criminals. They are the ones who are making hundreds of thousands of Australian children turn to drugs and turn to all sorts of debauched things on the street … So the Crown has alleged that we’re criminals yet they fight the case as a political case… They say my farm – my son’s tree house is a tower house. It’s not even above the damned trees … What do you do when your family’s being literally murdered by politicians who don’t give a damn except their own pockets? …You can go to the WA Taxation Office and see about the pre-1920s when we didn’t need tax or interest ... when I went around and put up posters talking about the economics of this nature, that’s not breaking the law. That’s no conspiracy. All we were doing was trying to enlighten the Australian People to what’s really going on and yet the Crown based all its case onto a bloke called Russell Willey, who is nothing but a crook… They’ve given him total freedom … I didn’t lie to you. I had no reason to lie to you … Our forefathers actually printed and distributed their own money. That is how the great Transcontinental Railroad, that’s how the Great War was financed and the Murrumbidgee irrigation system. We printed our own money…we threw the Asians out then because they didn’t assimilate into our lifestyle … John Ang himself said in the paper that Asians don’t give a damn about this nation…”. Pxv-xviii.
Defending yourself in court is usually fatal, no matter what you say in your defence because the judgment will be embedded within legal precedent – and anything fits into that, and an unrepresented accused simply has not the knowledge nor the time to do the research that makes up a successful defence.
In the ANM case the judge consented to the prosecutor telling “THE JURY NOT TO CONSIDER WHAT IS RIGHT OR WRONG”. Van Tongeren was not in court and he was convicted in his absence because he was on a protest 60-day hunger strike in a desperate attempt to get a fair trial.
The sentences handed down were: Jack van Tongeren – 19 years & 9 months John van Blitterswyck – 15 years & 9 months Wayne van Blitterswyck – 11 years & 9 months Chris Bartle – 8 years & 9 months John Bain – 6 years Mark Ferguson – 3 years Judi Lyons – 3 years probation.
Next in the story is Van Tongeren introducing the reader to the police operation that began the action against his group, appropriately called “Jackhammer”:
“Where does one begin the tale of a crucial event in history, actually a series of events that will eventually be seen as one of the catalysts to the greatest revolution in the history of civilized Man? How does one accurately describe events and feelings that most readers have only the barest understanding of? Well, I do not know, but because I personally am one of the main figures in this long, and yet to end story, I feel the most qualified to try.” P.1.
I am vividly reminded of what I have claimed for a life-time, that we must guard against becoming legends in our own mind and not believe our own propaganda, though van Tongeren would say that we need to have a dream and the will to realize that dream. Put like that I would agree with him.
Van Tongeren reflects on the “evil system” and how a dedicated group of fanatics can change it, “… you can destroy buildings, you can kill people, but you can never kill and idea… only defeat it with a better idea and those who oppose us do not have a better idea, they only have a hatred of and an impulse to destroy all that is strong and beautiful, for they are sick and ugly.” P.4.
He also reflects on how as a combat soldier in Vietnam he had gone forward in his development while those that did not go to war were left behind,
“After life in the Army, the war and the training for war, civilian life was ridiculously soft and easy.” P.6.
I have noticed that those Jewish Australians who serve in the Israeli Defence Force, then return to Australia, are much fitter in business dealings than those young Australians who are never exposed to any form of military discipline. Van Tongeren sensed the resultant softness of those who had not become battle hardened, and he despised it because it signified for him apathy and ignorance, as embodied in the “warped inverted values of Christianity.” The death of his 18-year-old brother, and US President Nixon’s forced resignation affected van Tongeren, as did also the fall of Saigon, after which he quit the Army Reserve. In 1976 he became a sales representative
“introducing two revolutionary new teaching aids into most of the primary schools around Australia”. P.11.
This enabled him to familiarise himself with the Australian continent, often in his yellow F1000 Mazda Bongo, the car he had for 14 years, and which was confiscated by the WA police. To this day he doesn’t know why, but he speculates:
“Could it be that the Zionist criminals who run the system allow ignorance and indifference free play as a means of suppressing their enemies?” P.12.
He then continues inspired by the Australian bush,
“… but in the clear air of the wilderness the spirit is free to soar through the mystery of possibility. The greater part of Australia is undamaged by the mindless ravages of tiny minded greedy men. A new civilization can only gain strong values when it accurately reflects the Natural Law …In the vastness of the Australian bush a man’s soul expands also, and begins to conceive an understanding of the vastness of the old gods.” P. 12-21.
In Chapter five ‘The Enemy’, van Tongeren lists them: Zionists, International Bankers, Multinational Corporations, big Insurance Companies, and their willing helpers, the Police and the Judiciary!
“The Judiciary ensures that the massive stealing and parasitic operations of the banks, insurance companies and multinationals continues uninterrupted … How often have I watched in silent rage as so many Aussie Patriots and other good hearted hard working Aussies had their lives ruined by those smug black-robed creatures signing a piece of paper! … This is the same with the police who supply the Judiciary with a steady supply of human misery and suffering … The Prison System is the ultimate weapon the big criminals who run Australia use to suppress Australian Nationalism … there is an inherent flaw in the character of someone who volunteers to turn on his own people, particularly when it is to uphold a corrupt oppressive system.” P.22-23.
Van Tongeren left the eastern states, headed to Perth, Western Australia, and from 1978 to 1984 he worked at ACI as a quality controller, a job that gave him time to read books. It was a revelation for him to find that the University in Perth had a restricted book section.
“Now I was beginning to see the proof that the system was suppressing information and lying on a scale I had never dreamed about. The key to the conspiracy to lie, suppress and destroy would only be discovered on a trip to Melbourne at the end of 1979.” P.28.
This critical event is briefly alluded to in a chapter headed ‘John Bennett – The Holocaust Myth’. For van Tongeren the connection between Zionist control of the international finance to Hitler’s attempt to nationalize the money supply, and the role of the ‘Holocaust’ in all this was clear because
“… John Bennett … had pretty well single-handedly begun to make the lie of the 6 million publicly known in Australia.”P.29.
He ends the chapter with “Socialism is Nationalism looking inward; Nationalism is Socialism looking outward.” P. 33.
In 1983-84 Van Tongeren is moved by the ‘Blainey Debaste’, that he saw as the establishment sending out Professor Geoffrey Blainey to test the waters about interpretations of Aboriginal history and Asian immigration. He also travels overseas, to the USA and Europe. On his return he quit his job and devoted himself to full-time radical politics where, “Lack of money drove us mad.” P.63.
On 20 April 1985 the ANM was formed, “based on the truth…”, and in 1987 it burst into Australia’s consciousness through stickers and a journal. Postering became an art form for the group, something van Tongeren details in the book, almost with glee, something that is embodied in his view that radical politics is all about being effective rather than conventional:
“In another incident a Police van was following us around with every intention of arresting us…eluded them in the back streets of Swanbourne while we thoroughly plastered up the place- BECAUSE WE WERE LOST, HOPELESSLY LOST; and about the only way we could find our way out of the area was to just plaster up every damn sign so we knew when we were back in the same area.” P.105; also at P.221.
Jack also claimed to be using the media to his benefit and he recounts how an interview with Jana Wendt was a huge success for ANM. Further actions ensured:
“I talked it over with Lindsay and his girlfriend and decided to give the media a bit of a show. Lindsay was fined [for postering] and promptly tore up his fines outside the court. He told them why, then I told them a few things about the legal system and how it is beginning to oppress Australian Patriots standing up for their own people.” P.127.
In February 1988 he began an intensive anti-Zionist and anti-Holocaust poster campaign
“that is rattling the International Jew and seriously undermining his credibility in the eyes of the very important educated elite whose support is vital to the International Jew maintaining his insidious behind the scenes hidden control.” P.140.
At p. 151-162 we find black and white photographs of the various personalities involved in this story, together with a couple of photos that detail what was written on the posters. Van Tongeren notes that after a while the posters had to become two-coloured in order to remain effective, and above all provocative. This meant the fight against Jews and Asians, against the banks and multiculturalism continued unabated, and I flinched while reading the following material that is all new to me, something van Tongeren calls “radical politics in action”. P. 195. :
“I hurled the flaming mollie up in an arc into the opening in the damaged eave, through the hole and into the building. “Whoosh, whoosh, whoosh, whoosh, whoosh … WHOOMP!” The building erupted into flame. What a beautiful sight. The first Chinese restaurant was ablaze! … With the coming of the dawn we waited for all hell to break loose. It did.” P. 175-77.
Van Tongeren also recounts how he was the first to mention The Leuchter Report on 6PR’s Howard Sattler show, and because van Tongeren was standing as an Independent at the coming election, he gained valuable media attention for his cause. He also staged his own assassination attempt:
“The media publicity was incredible. And we played this out to the maximum … we were postering, burning and blasting our names into the legend of our Nation.”P. 200.
This is all unsettling stuff for me because my view of the US 9/11 tragedy, including Bali, is that it springs from this very same mindset, that initiates an action in deception, hurting and killing innocent people in the process, then rorts the situation for its own benefit only. George W Bush is then a mere Jack van Tongeren writ large.
In 1989 the ANM continued its postering campaigns, and van Tongeren sees it in historical terms:
“Months before the mass arrest our small band of dedicated activists had indeed struck a telling blow in the struggle for our Race and Nation. We have struck a blow against the system from which the system will never recover.” P.223.
He waxes lyrically about the ‘Roaring days: The Dud Cheques/ The Daring Breaks/ The Big Breaks’ and all that activity which had as its aim to get money and therewith to finance the propaganda war. It’s all vividly written with a kind of freshness and enthusiasm as if Jack had just completed the jobs, and not at all reflecting upon his work in a prison cell.
It all had to end, which it did, naturally with ‘Police State Oppression’,
“… while our street soldiers valiantly faced danger and hardship for our Aussie People, the forces of death and decay were at work too. “ P. 266.
Van Tongeren’s view that the Zionists are responsible for a lot of what he finds objectionable may in part be justified, but not only. He also bemoans the fact that
“The main function of the Police Force today is to enforce the Zionist-run system’s plan to destroy Australia. The Zionists underhanded methods permeate the thinking and actions of the Police, particularly those at the top.” P. 276.
On 14 August 1989 the police initiate their Operation Jackhammer’ and take Jack van Tongeren and his group out of social circulation for a decade.
And now Jack is back!
It is a pity that the trial procedures and the excessive ‘political’ prison sentence, and the maltreatment within prison, have damaged the WA Police reputation, but not only that Police Force has its problems. All State police forces have corruption problems, especially since the drug problem entered the police equation, any flow-on effects are evident also within prisons.
The final section in the book is of interest because here under ‘The Way Ahead: The ANM Policies’ we find specific points that aim to create a racist white Australia where policies are to be implemented so as to effect the next thousand generations. All bank debts will be cancelled, as will interest on mortgages, and all unemployed will have to report to their local council office for work. Multicultural projects will be halted and all goods and services controlled by banks and multinationals will become public utilities, and all international debt will be cancelled.
No wonder Jack van Tongeren had to be taken out of circulation!
States will give way to provinces, and eugenics also gets a mention, as does the ANM’s Aboriginal Policy. Here I take issue with Jack van Tongeren’s aims of creating autonomous Aboriginal Provinces where travel between the rest of Australia and these provinces will be like travelling internationally:
“Those people who formerly classed themselves as Aborigines yet choose to not live in the Aboriginal Provinces will be treated as Australians in the rest of Australia.” P.315.
I cannot accept this because when in 1984 then Prime Minister Bob Hawke proposed the development of an Aboriginal Nation within Australia I stated to him that he was stealthily creating an apartheid Australia. He rejected my comments, stating that he could not follow my logic.
Now that the government has disbanded ATSIC as the peak body that oversaw a possible creation of an Aboriginal Nation, things are not looking good for multiculturalists. That Aboriginal Passports are in use without van Tongeren’s influence bearing on that situation is indicative how vexed the problem is.
Perhaps it is instructive to look at what Jewish Australians have done in Sydney to implement their own apartheid that guarantees them the exclusive feel of being separate from the rest of Australian society, yet still totally partaking of all its benefits that Australia has to offer.
In Sydney there is an area cordoned off, a kind of physical demarcation wherein Jews are permitted to do things on a Saturday. It is called an Eruv:
An Eruv is an enclosure that legally transforms a non-private public thoroughfare into a private domain. This private domain is not determined by a property deal alone but by its physical enclosure.
The article on Adelaide Institute’s website is headed: ‘Jews show the way forward towards racial/cultural/ethnic/religious/economic/social apartheid in Australia’ www.adelaideinstitute.org/Australia/eruv.htm
The book ends with a poem written by Judi Lyons on the occasion of her experiencing her first sad anniversary alone because the group of men around her had been put away for a long time.
The book’s three-page index is adequate.
My suggestion to the West Australian Police is that the content of this book does not pose a threat to any reader. The unintended message of the book seems clear – do physically wrong and you do time.
However, now that the general population has been sensitised to the Jewish factor as a once hidden force in Australia’s political life, the book may be regarded as a possible primer for copy-cat actions, but that’s highly unlikely if one considers what Australia’s social and political fabric is composed of. We still have a very good social security network that enables anyone to survive and maintain a reasonable standard of living. Should this physical/economic equation deteriorate, then perhaps we may expect some physical action that may model itself on what Jack van Tongeren has in mind. But Australia does not as yet suffer from population pressures as is the case in many other countries of the world. We are still in many respects a very lucky country.
