Greetings Fred

Well, by now you have the news, I am back in jail, as ZOG always wanted. Okay, last time we did do those things we were jailed for, (while the paramilitary terrorism lie doubled sentences).

BUT THIS TIME I HAVE NOT DONE ANYTHING TO BE JAILED FOR!

Please ignore the media hype; here is the TRUTH of the matter.

Sure, those idiots who were ANWU members, did carry out that graffiti vandalism ... which I did NOT order. That became the convenient excuse for powerful MPs to arrange a massive media beat up, accusing us plotting to do lord knows how many vile deeds, BUT THAT IS ALL LIES! Sure some of the posters went in the wrong places, which would be ONLY a littering fine.

At the height of the media hype I have now been arrested - BAIL REFUSED, for criminal damage and far more seriously, conspiracy to carry out arson. The 'evidence' for the conspiracy is the statement of one of the young blokes who did the graffiti vandalism. To dodge a more serious charge he was probably threatened with, supplied the sort of story that would look pretty good to nail me. It is an old tried and tested method cops use all the time, particularly cops under orders from powerful MPs. In a word, I have been jailed because of my political stand.

Now I desperately need help. Right now I am in a cell, totally isolated. (A pencil is all I am allowed to write with.)

First off, could you contact Jophn Bennett, and send me his address. if this turns out to eb a high profile trial I want him to be my lawyer, if that can be done. I will leave that in your capable hands.

Yes, it is DEVASTATING to be UNJUSTLY jailed as you know from that 7 months inside. Keep in mind that I now face years inside, and I am 56.

Anyway, I trust all is well with you and your people. All the best for now.

Yours for Australia,

Jack van Tongeren.

Dear Jack

Thank you for your letter of 10 August 2004, wherein you indicate your predicament. I hope that you are also writing to the politicians with whom you have had correspondence in the past.

It is obvious that your situation has become quite a media hype, and that the conspiracy charge is for me rather odd. In my business we often hear from those whose job it is to hide the truth, that when we hypothesize about world events and reach certain conclusions, we are labeled ‘conspiracy nuts’. Now a government agency is permitted to use this concept against you.

Your letter reminds me of Ernst Zündel who has been in solitary confinement for over 18 months in a Toronto Detention Centre. He, too, has total deprivation imposed on him. Fortunately he has his brain in gear and he has a home within his mind that gives him comfort.

Mr John Bennett is still overseas enjoying the Greek-European sun, but I am sending a copy of this letter to him per email, and also to Mr Geoff Muirden who is currently handling Australian Civil Liberties Union matters.

That is about all I can do for you, Jack. I am enclosing a newspaper report about your case, and also an email about an injustice from the USA.

I have also reviewed your book, which I have placed on our website, and therein I liken you to the German Horst Mahler, who also spent over a decade in prison, then upon being released he renounced physical violence. I take that at our last meeting you stated to me that you have also renounced physical violence and that you intended to do your bit for Australia through the political process. Unfortunately, if you are on a government pension, then you are not eligible to stand for Parliament.

The Mahler case is interesting because it was current German Chancellor, Gerhard Schröder, who enabled Horst Mahler to re-commence his legal career. Currently he has again be barred from legal practice because he refuses to believe in the ‘Holocaust’, something he is currently ably defending in a Berlin court. Mahler is for the Germans but he is not using racist language to make his point but rather solid cultural concepts as found in Hegel’s philosophy. The state prosecutor is a young fellow who hardly has the intellectual capacity and interest in following Mahler’s thoughts. So the prosecutor is now attempting to have Mahler declared mentally unbalanced.

All this is very sad for our humanity because the individuals who are operating the levers of power in various western countries do not have the willingness or innate ability to understand the grievances that citizens feel when they are confronted with social situations that hurt them.

In this sense, Jack, keep a record of what is going on with you, and perhaps you will write another book when all this is over for you.

Sincerely

Dr Fredrick Töben
