Greetings Fred

Thank you for your welcome letter of 17 August (the anniversary of the murder of R Hess) and for the review of The ANM Story, and placing it on the website. I trust that all is well with you and your people over there. Keep up the good work in the campaign for the triumph of truth.

Yes, my political ambition was to market our book and use that substantial money to fund my Federal Senate election campaign. With my own WA notoriety and money WE COULD HAVE WON.

Instead, I am in jail, having done NOTHING to warrant being in jail, and facing a possible 220 years jail! That is how corrupt and anti-Australian this system is. And the nightmare gets worse. The HEAVILY ARMED TRG just jailed John van Blitterswyk and Matthew Billing! Here in WA it is a Stalinist Police State!

Yes, we are well and truly Australian political prisoners. (The ‘conspiracy’ charges is simply the MEANS of jailing people when they have NOT done anything – ZOG can pretend it is points of law.)

Whoever is left on the Australian Civil Liberties scene MUST understand that my jailing is a CRUCIAL TURN FOR THE WORSE.

I am desperately seeking help from everyone who can help. On that subject, can you send me the addresses of the ABC’s Philip Adams (who basically refused to help me last time because I did break the law – this time I did NOT) and Sen. N. Stott Despoya.

As a matter of interest, a LOT of thinking people, even people in the media, do know that we have been jailed UNJUSTLY, following a massive media beat-up and the ABUSE of Police and Judicial authority. They know we have been jailed because the Federal and State elections are looming. What has been done to me is exactly the same thing that Stalin did to his opponents. (By the way, even at the height of the Great Purge, three millions were jailed according to ‘points of law’.)

Anyway Fred, please do what you can. It is not just my own unjustified jailing, this is a crucial case to decide what is left of Civil Liberties in Australia. Yes, we can do with the service of John Bennett as a lawyer.

All the best for now. Stay strong.

Yours for Australia,

Jack van Tongeren.

3 September 2004

Dear Jack

Thank you for your letter of 28 August 2004 wherein you express and explain your concerns.

I have enclosed for your perusal our September-October newsletters wherein you will see that I am being besieged for my non-violent politics. Harry Beahrends wishes to replace me with someone who is more active in pushing the cause that is dear to us. Unfortunately I refuse to travel along his road because I clearly see the limitations of what I can achieve.

Also, Jack, one of the things that keeps me sane and humble is that I refuse to believe in our own propaganda, ie. the need to develop our self-reflective intelligence is an imperative that gives us our restful sleepful nights, without fear!

Only yesterday I received a word of advice from a person who claimed that there is now a contract out for me, emanating from Europe. Why? The German and the Australian legal mechanisms have failed to silence me. Add to that my receiving a 5-year US visa indicates that the First Amendment is alive and ‘kicking’, something we fretted for because our ultimate cause is free speech.

Just recently the US consulate in Melbourne gave me the visa because my German imprisonment was not a result of my inflicting physical pain, i.e. being physically violent towards anyone = moral turpitude!

It is obvious that your political ambitions triggered the Australian Zionists to apply the pressure on the WA government and judiciary to act against you – it’s obvious. But just as in the ‘Holocaust’ mythology, those who push it always trip up through their hubris, and the ultimate downfall will happen, but when cannot be predicted. Think of the Iraq adventure that began after 911, and that began four days after the UN conference on Racism and Xenophobia ended in Durban, South Africa, where the European colonial, apartheid, Zionist, racist entity of Israel was severely criticised as a terrorist entity – and I agree with this sentiment, and share the True Torah Jews’ fight against the Zionist State of Israel.

That is why, Jack, one has to remain true to oneself and not adopt the tactics of those who inflict pain on us.  It is difficult to mature to this view-point, world-view, I would say, but if we don’t, then we become just like the enemy. Some see the Christian message in such a light, but I view the matter without superstition and hope that reason and understanding will ultimately bring that illumination that some call love. And when we talk about love, we have to remember our roots and our heritage – and our experiences.

Whenever I do that – especially when returning from overseas – I still think that what we have in Australia is worth-while fighting for.  And Jack, that is not multiculturalism but pluralism where the handful of Aboriginals do not have their apartheid states, as some advocate. We must welcome the minority to what has been their home before Europeans arrived. After all, the multicultural lobby’s false claims, that Aboriginals want so sit in the sand and be admired for their culture, needs to be corrected. They all wish to consume, have their coke and washing machine, and live in a nice house.

I hasten to say that I am aware of the European men and women who keep the Aboriginal communities going, for example in Arnhem Land, where a carpenter is employed full time to repair the once beautiful homes built for ‘traditional owners of the land’ who seem constantly to destroy those beautifully built homes and prefer living in a humpy!

As a farmer’s son I am connected to the land and my world view rests on this foundation, and I cannot accept the multi-nationals’ farming commodisation of the environment.  The lake around where my parents farmed for over 40 years dried up last year – coinciding with my father’s death on 14 May 2003. It was almost prophetic because the last time the lakes in the district dried up was over a hundred years ago. Our lake had never dried up before, and now we hope that mother, after a 63-year marriage, will take note of the lake, after a seven-year drought, filling up again, instead of wishing to join father in Valhalla! She is needed to attend to the children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. And I shall be able to take my daily swim again.

So, Jack, in this sense, let me express my hope that the authorities regard you as a non-threat.  But while I am writing this, the thought arises that they need you to keep themselves in power. That is what the 911 scam is all about. But then you did the same – you got your own men to stage an attack on yourself! That is why in my review of your book, I likened you to George Bush, who has done likewise! And then I was criticized for likening you to Horst Mahler because I said that both of you had, after spending a decade in prison, renounced violence.

A critic stated that you lack the intellectual capacity that Horst Mahler is currently displaying in his Berlin court case. I agreed with that assessment because that was not the point I was making.

The fact that you visited me at Adelaide and renounced physical violence was enough for me to welcome you in my home.

Now, Jack, the next step is to do what Jim Salem did – get into a university and rationalize on your work and formalize it by getting what Jim got – a Dr. If you sense that this is all hogwash, then I have run out of suggestions as to what you can do.  I only had seven months of lock-up, but I turned that into productivity – the hall-mark of the switched-on man. There are too many individuals who have not realized that talk is cheap!

And Jack, as you know, our life is not a video – there is no stop, no backwards, no fast-forwards – only the inexorable forwards without a stop until our physical biological clock stops. You have written one book. Don’t you feel a second one coming along?

Sincerely

Fredrick Töben
