Pastor Nalliah's address 'Are we trading our Judeo-Christian Heritage?' implied much more than some of his audience members wished to hear. In the past many listeners had already opposed the interfaith movement that Jews had begun in Australia, where New Testament passages offensive to Jews were the subject of censorship, while Talmud passages offensive to Christians never became subjected to the same treatment.
Here now was a man who opposed any more interfaith meetings, but he has incorporated the Jews within Christianity, but has excluded the Muslims because they are perceived to be threatening the Judeo-Christian world.
[This tactic was well employed once before in the recent past by Jews who used the American Blacks - who let themselves be used - during the Civil Rights movement. On the backs of the Blacks the Jews hurried into key administration positions, and once getting there forgetting about the Blacks on whose backs they were carried - and thus was born the Neocons success story as we see it today in its peak performance within the George W Bush administration.]
Catch the Fire Ministries was taken to the state-based Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal - VCAT, and found guilty of offending Islam. This decision is now subject to an appeal before Victoria's Supreme Court.
Fredrick Töben asked Pastor Nalliah one question: 'Pastor, do you believe in the 'Holocaust'?
He replied indirectly that Jews had suffered greatly in the past. Töben asked again: 'Do you believe in the 'Holocaust'? The good pastor said something about not knowing anything about the topic.
Here is a need for Jews to get on to him and enlighten him about matters 'Holocaust', so that the pastor will learn what real hate-speech against Germans is all about.
The Legal Precedent
A Muslim group in Victoria used legal means to silence Pastor Nallia's critical comments about Islam, just as a Jewish group used legal means to silence Mrs Olga Scully / Dr Fredrick Töben for making critical comments about Judaism/Holocaust religion. In these two cases, Australia's Jew, Jeremy Jones, did not waste time in using state legislation but took the matter to the federal Human Rights and Equal Opportunity Commission - HREOC. Both Scully and Töben refused to participate in the HREOC proceedings because truth was not a defence, and they both considered such proceedings to be immoral.
As commissions do not have legal enforcing power, the matter had to be re-litigated in the Federal Court of Australia - FCA.
Mrs Scully mounted her own extensive defence, before Justice Hely. She brought in Talmud and asked Mr Jones about those, by now well-known, obscenely offensive passages. Jones did not distance himself from them but explained them away. Judge Hely found in favour of Jones because he could not do anything else. The Racial Discrimination Act is worded in such a way that guilt is inevitable on account of "...likely to offend ...". Anyone can be offended by anything. The defence 'for artistic or academic purposes' was rejected outright. Judge Peter Hely, recently died in London, aged 61. He is the fourth FCA judge who has died within the recent past.
Töben did not contest the matter before Judge Branson. It would have meant Töben opposing Senior Counsel Stephen Rothman, and such a contest would have been a no-match. Rothman applied for a Summary Judgment, which Judge Branson granted, thereby not having to prove anything at all, i.e. how 'hurt' Jeremy Jones was when he read the things about the 'Holocaust'.
In a regular court case hurt feelings or pain and suffering need to be substantiated by a psychologist's report, at the least by a doctor's report - how many sleepless nights did Jones suffer because Töben refuses to believe in his 'Holocaust' story?
Recently Rothman was appointed a judge in the Federal Court of Australia!
Racial/Religious Discrimination Act
The above precedent-setting cases indicate that both Jews and Muslims have succeeded in preventing Christians/Europeans in Australia from criticizing the behaviour of Jews and Muslims because the racial and religious vilification laws extend special legal protection to individuals who belong to such a privileged group. Even justified criticism of behaviour/statements made is thus prohibited, though there is the defence 'for academic or artistic purposes'! Soon this academic defence will be tested when Australian Professor Andrew Fraser 's case proceeds to court.
Religious Conflict
It is the nature of Judaism's group strategy for survival that such a situation, as above, cannot be tolerated - where another group enjoys equal protection. So, what to do?
Fortunately for Jews, 911 came along - four days after the Durban, South Africa, UN conference on 'Racism, Xenophobia and related matters' ended and Israel stood condemned by the world body as an apartheid, Zionist, racist, terrorist state.
After 911, Israel was quickly re-habilitated as belonging to the free and democratic world, and the Arabic-speaking Islamic world was labelled a terrorist world - and the Palestinian world once more submerged into despair.
Now Muslim Australians have been branded as belonging to a terrorist world - and Judaism continues to play off Christianity against Islam, therefore deflecting from Jewish supremacism.
In Australia the Howard government has attempted to reign in Muslim Australians by convening a conference - that naturally excluded so-called radical/extreme Muslim groups. It will be interesting to observe if the accepted Muslim groups will embrace the 'Holocaust' as a dogma, and if not whether the government will force Muslims to adopt 'Holocaust' dogma as a pre-requisite for receiving grants from the government. Some perceive that Jewish Australians would rather be aligned with Christian Australians than with Muslim Australians because the Christians are establishment and they are wealthier. In both instances it appears that Jews and Muslims have more in common than either with Christians - both Jews and Muslims circumcise their males, something remnant Christians attempt to re-introduce into European Christian societies.

Dr David Duke Interview on Jewish Supremacism
By referring to passages from Talmud Dr David Duke claims Jewish supremacism is a virulent form of RACISM.
Interviewed by Dr Hesham Tillawi, Dr Duke details how Judaism is the enemy of Christianity and that Islam is not an enemy of Christianity.
He claims that "Jewish supremacism aims to destroy the integrity of the races ... Israel is a supremacist RACIST state."
... and an interesting comment from Dr Tillawi about Mexicans cleaning up New Orleans because whites do not want to do the work, only supervise it.

Though in possession of a valid visa for Australia, the man was stopped from boarding a plane at Vienna Airport because the Australian embassy in Berlin had cancelled his visa - no reason given.
