Viam Monstrare:  Jews show the way forward towards racial/cultural/ethnic/religious/economic/social apartheid in Australia

View the following, then perhaps reflect upon the Warsaw ghetto - apartheid at its best, and think of what is happening in Palestine with that Israeli wall going up. Should Europeans who want to remain among themselves develop that kind of mentality as well, i.e. a racist mindset?  The Aboriginal nation is an attempt to do the same for the Aboriginal peoples of Australia. So, why not an exclusive ' white' Anglo-Saxon-Celtic Australia somewhere in Australia?

What is an Eruv:

The Talmud devotes an entire complicated tractate to Eruvin. An Eruv is an enclosure that legally transforms a non-private public thoroughfare into a private domain. This private domain is not determined by a property deal alone but by its physical enclosure.

WHAT IS AN ERUV?

and how did it get into my neighbourhood?

PS

Around fifteen years ago I bought an older house in a typical quiet beachside suburb of Sydney Australia. Although Australia is a country with an ever increasing number of immigrants, the whole area was still very much low density housing in the hands of Anglo-Saxons.

The next suburb to where I was living was Sydney'' s best known suburb Bondi, known for its beach and beachy lifestyle (much like Venice Beach in LA) and most of the people strolling and shopping in the area are usually dressed in casual beach gear, so it was quite a surprise when around ten years ago I saw the first Kosher-clad Jewish family waddling through the crowds, they stuck out like a Pork Chop at a Bar Mitzvah.

As the years went by, the main streets of Bondi which on Saturdays had always been crammed full with nothing but surfies, their surfboards and bikinied girlfriends all going to and from the beach, were filling up with literally hundreds of these black -hatted-coated Men, their wig-wearing wives and bespectacled children all heading for the newly built Synagogues and Temples. Many of the shops in the area had been sold and were carrying names such as 'The Big Nose Cafe' (true) or 'Kosher Food Delli' or 'Goldsteins Grocery' etc. I could hear more Yiddish being spoken in the street than English.

Three years ago my wife and I noticed that all along the cliff tops and beaches and along some roads in our area the local councils had built brand new wood and Stainless steel fencing , we thought these additions made the area look better UNTIL I read in the local paper that the local ERUV only needed a few hundred meters before it was fully finished.

I thought 'Never heard of a bloody Eruv before' so I read the article and I discovered that my local council had built a fenced-in JEWISH GHETTO in my area , but they hadn't build it for me or my family....they had built it for the local JEWS using my rates and taxes. The Newspaper even printed a map of the area they had fenced off, and it included not only the suburb I lived in but around 15 sq kilometers of the local area, fencing in some of Sydney's most upmarket and expensive eastern suburbs. (see photos below) My wife and I were stunned to discover we were now living in a real, fair-dinkum Jewish Ghetto. I then thought about the Warsaw Ghetto and how it must have begun just like this - a voluntary self-imposed separation from non-Jews.

Second View of ERUV area

On  the SYDNEY ERUV webpage it says SYDNEY ERUV STAGE ONE.

I'm now wondering what they mean by Stage One? Is Stage Two going to fence in the whole city? Now I know how the Palestinians feel .

Don't bother visiting Israel, soon it will be visiting you!

Please notice they mention the fact that both the WHITE HOUSE in Washington and the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg are inside ERUVS!

WHAT'S AN ERUV

Under Orthodox Jewish law, Shabbat is a day set apart from the working week. Family time and spiritual pursuits are emphasised and certain activities associated with the working week are prohibited. Carrying and pushing wheelchairs and baby buggies is permitted in private homes and in community areas whose symbolic boundaries are marked by an eruv. An eruv is simply a practical method of denoting the area within which carrying and pushing wheelchairs and baby buggies is permitted.

There are well over 150 eruvim in communities all over the world -- and many more in Israel. Every major city in North America has one - Toronto, Phoenix, Memphis, Los Angeles, Boston, Chicago, Providence, Miami, New York City and Washington, D.C., to name but a few. Outside North America there are eruvs in Johannesburg, Melbourne, Gibraltar, Antwerp and Strasbourg. T he Washington, D.C. eruv includes the White House. The Strasbourg eruv includes the European Court of Human Rights.

on Erev Shabbat to make sure that the Eruv is operational !!!

Why an Eruv:

The Torah requires that Jews not carry any item, no matter its weight or purpose, in a "Reshus HaRabim" (public domain) on Shabbos. When one carries from house to house and from house to street one does an act of society. When one refrains from carrying on Shabbos one pays tribute to G-d. The law on carrying created severe hardships and diminished the oneg (joy) of Shabbat. The Religious court of King Solomon sought to distinguish between a truly public domain where all carrying is prohibited and a more localized domain, bounded by an eruv where not all carrying is prohibited.

What is an Eruv:

The Talmud devotes an entire complicated tractate to Eruvin. An Eruv is an enclosure that legally transforms a non-private public thoroughfare into a private domain. This private domain is not determined by a property deal alone but by its physical enclosure.
