1.0 All ensueing attacks on Iraq have been well prepared over months by the attackers under the lead of USA. Predominantly spy satellite observation collected the available data. Their resolution is down to 6 inches and can only be evaded at night. Otherwise, dry weather conditions and sparse flora of Iraq are ideal for this type of information gathering for attack and later occupation.

2.0 At least 2000 Iraqi objects have been identified and deemed due for destruction. It may even be up to 3000. All selected objects have been pin-pointed and recorded by their GPS ( global positioning system ). Satellite guided laser-responding bombs of up to 2000 kg ( where the average is 100 kg ) can be dropped from stealth bombers flying at 20 km height while the dropped bomb is steered by satellite into the selected target. Accuracy: + - 15 meters ( 1 geographical second = 100 ft ).

3.0 In addition, for special jobs an Israeli cruise missile with video mounted at its foremost tip enables remote controlled manual guidance into its target the size of a window or a door. Further damage can be caused by un-manned remote controlled drones, each fitted with two laser guided rockets.

4.0 Stealth bombers stationed at Diego Garcia can deliver their freight day and night for up to 3 months. They stick systematically to the GPS based destruction plan.

5.0 Open-air operating Iraqi troop convoys - in day time - can be raked with cluster bombs, effective over the size of a football field.

A ) For this type of Iraqi homeland war scenario, an effective defense could only be raised if massive amounts of Russian S-300, S-400 ground to air missiles were deployed at all fore-seeable flight lanes into Iraq. A further untested insecurity is: how do the Russian rockets respond to U.S. stealth technology.

B ) Therefore, while the enemy already conducts war on Iraq - with flights and attacks in no-fly-zones - weakening Iraq militarily - no time should be wasted by Iraqi military in taking efective counter-measures. Because the war is allready on.

C ) War must be inflicted on the enemies home-fronts and their assisting puppets and vassals. It should be aimed at instilling fear and desperation among their civilain populations. When the comfortable champagner consuming TV-viewers in the enemies home countries feel the pain and desperation right inside their homes,  the reckless war mongering polititians - who have the habit of generating wealth through other people's deaths - will be stopped by public opinion and subsequent public intervention,  like in Vietnam. No horror could move the aggressor at home, unless the war came back from Vietnam in the disguise of body bags.

D )  As a first measure, the willing puppets and vassals - who want to join in the spoils and rip-off of war - should be neutralized. One vassal recently contracted a heavy constirpation. And its people - not its aggressive politicians - now want to opt-out of the war.

E ) The certainty  of pending attack is underpinned by the current call-up of:

                  - 10,000 British reservists

                  - the departure of aircraft carrier Constellation from Diego Garcia

                 - departing last Sunday, New Zealand is sending a naval frigate and a P3 Orion anti-sub aircraft to the Gulv

                 - also a white painted huge luxury passenger liner the Spirit of Tasmania loaded with armoured troops is on its way along the Pacific coast to the Gulv. After 5 weeks at anchor in the waiting it also left Sunday, Agence France Press reported.

It was all pre-planned that way, since the new UN resolution had triggered an okay for attack.

F ) Their war effort is meant:

                     - to retain economic - energy-hinged - world dominance.

                     - bail-out embattlerd Israel, necessary to be done by USA at intervals of  10 years.

                    - stop the continuous reminder of the U.S. Fed. Reserve saying that current tensions over the Iraq issue prevents economic recovery.

G ) It certainly means war or at least a tricky takeover and regime change and probable appoinment of the waiting INC ( Iraqi National Congress ). The inspector issue is only a site-show, a publicity stunt to distract the world community from the real issues.

H  ) In a frank and seemingly true admission Condolezza Rice told Fox News yesterday: "the hard line was introduced by Powell, who had made 160 phone calls to UN member nations and who said earlier to CNN, that if Iraq does not comply this time we want immediate authorization from UN, and if we don't get it, we will go in any way and disarm them forcefully."

I ) UN Security Council member Syria gooved it up with their additional ambivalent wording. It leaves no room for unmistaken verbal defence. This is what France had feared.

J ) In this context, mention was also made by Condo Rice about North Korea. Condo said,  they are not going to tolerate  North Korea's nuclear weapons and they will be the next ones selected by U.S. for disarmament. But currently, they don't want another war to flare-up in East Asia. But their time will come.

K ) The singled-out nations, altogether 7, before being targeted by U.S. should organize concerted pre-emptive strikes at the aggressors homeland.

The aim should be not to lose more time now and wipe out one of their big cities. Don't over estimate them, they are shaky, they would not be able to respond. A big strike would paralyse them.

UN resolution may not prevent attack. The new UN resolution will not prevent US from launching unilateral action against Iraq. Strictly speaking, the resolution would require US to first put its case for military strikes to the UN Security Council. However, there was nothing mentioned in the resolution text that would prevent US unilateral action without asking first. This is contradictory. If US goes off separately any such action is illegal under the charter of UN and it should not occur. Article 51 of the UN Charter allows a member nation to embark on such military action only in self defence and only when there is a direct and immediate threat of armed attack. It is surprising that UN Secretary General Kofi Annan has not applied these strict measures to notorious resolution bouncer Israel.

Don't let the unpredictable viper come too close. Draw even, by turning yourself into an unpredictable  snake.
