Dear Fellow Patriot!
"Laguna Creek High Plot, Involved Guns And Bombs,
Authorities Say." This was the headline on the front
page of The Sacramento Bee. Similar headlines appeared
throughout the California Press. The Sacramento Bee
even printed a drawing of the gruesome events. Six
white students of Laguna Creek were planning to take
over the school, bomb it, and target black students
for a shooting rampage.
Hate literature and Swastikas were found in one of the
suspect's home. Every radio station in Northern
California broadcast the "racist plot" at Laguna Creek
High, by six neo-Nazi students.
Reality: None of it had actually happened. The whole
story is based on hearsay. Searches of the suspects
homes brought no weapons, nor material to make bombs.
Only one antique rifle was found, and it belonged to
the father of one of the suspects. It became obvious
that the crime was only in their minds, but when one
reads, listens or watches the media version, one comes
to the belief that these six students were about to
create another Columbine.
How did the authorities find out? Well, concerned
parents called the Sheriffs Department. What were they
concerned about? Evil looks, that these suspects had
given to the blacks, and talk about how to change the
take-over of the schools by black and Asian gangs.
I am pretty sure that these students made remarks that
they shouldn't have, and I'm pretty sure that these
white students were fed up with the conditions they
had to live with on this multi-cultural campus.
They were overheard and they were arrested. It is the
government's job to squelch any attempts of European
American students, to fight the multi-cultural terror
that is so inherent in our public schools. So, they
arrested six white students for talking about
defending themselves against the violence in their own
school. Welcome to the home of the free and land of
the brave.

Dear Editor,
My God, even the headline sounds like a futuristic
thriller. One like I have seen just recently with Tom
Cruise, who goes after "future" criminals.
The entire story is based on hearsay. No weapons, no
bombs were found at any of the suspect's homes.
But wait, here it comes, the classic trap: Hate
literature and Swastikas were found in one of the
student's homes. Please, someone define "hate
literature" to me.
However, the futuristic thriller continues by alleging
that the suspects were targeting blacks. How do we
know? Because there was talk, an evil look, etc....
To top it off, The Bee actually prints a graphic of
events that have not happened. Aaahh, but the students
in question would rob a store to get weapons, make
their own bombs, and they would have gone on a
shooting rampage, targeting predominantly blacks.
But, hurray! Thanks to some concerned parents, the
"futuristic crimes" team of the County Sheriff comes
in and prevents a future crime, that, so far, had only
taken place in some people's head! Get real!!!

Dear Sir:
Re: Not-so-free speech (Feb. 9/04) Your editorial
claims that Ernst Zündel '"actually has broken
Canada's race hate laws year after year, gets all the
legal aid he needs to fight deportation from our
nation. All legal bills paid for by the Canadian
taxpayer."
I have acted as Ernst Zündel's lawyer for some 17
years. Mr. Zündel has never received legal aid once in
all of those years. He has never received one cent of
taxpayer's money to pay for his defence. All monies
are raised from private individuals who believe in his
cause and/or in free speech. Many are elderly people
who leave him money in their wills because they
believe he is one of the few who dares to question the
"weapons of mass destruction" of World War II
(industrial gas chambers) and ask whether they really
existed.
Secondly, Mr. Zündel has never been charged with
breaking Canada's hate laws although Zionist
organizations in Canada have repeatedly attempted
to have him charged. Several Attorneys General in
Ontario from different political parties (including
the NDP) have been asked to charge him but all have
refused after investigations by police.
You owe Ernst Zündel an apology.

1) Because you took so well the defence of EZ ;
2) Because you are exactly the first one to utilize
my point about the Adolf Hitler alleged WMD (you
should add in parentheses: execution gas chambers and

How is it that the Revisionist community keep silent
about that point ?
How much time will our people need to understand that,
well exploited in the American publicity style, it
would be a sledgehammer point? In 1994, in a speech I
delivered for a Revisionist convention in LA, I used
for the first time the "No holes, no 'Holocaust'!"
argument. There was no reaction in the audience. I had
to wait three or four years before some revisionist
realised what it meant. Are we supposed to wait all
that time?

Would I have known about this work I would have

p.67) I read: "... in September of 1944 (Amon-DR)
Goeth was arrested and imprisoned for corruption and
the murder of concentration camp inamates (and then
hanged) by the SS HaupAmtGericht... Goeth's arrest
came after an investigation by the German military
military Judge Konrad Morgen..." But Polish sources
(for example "<Blank Spots> Encyclopedia") claims that
Goeth was hanged in Poland after the process
(27.o8-5.09 1946) before the High National Tribunal.
What is the truth? Who hanged Amon Goeth?

SWEDEN: Thousands of activists joined the Center's
worldwide protest over the inclusion of art glorifying
a female Palestinian suicide bomber at an exhibition
linked to an anti-genocide conference sponsored by the
Swedish government. Within three days, a government
official in Stockholm confirmed to international media
outlets, including CNN International, the Associated
Press, Agence France Presse that, "The Prime
Minister's office has been bombarded with thousands of
emails at the request of the Simon Wiesenthal Center."
The Center's protest stated that "now is precisely the
right time for Sweden to take a leadership role in the
fight against terrorism." The response from the
Swedish government was that, "Goeran Persson has said
that he understands their argument, but that legally
this is very complex... I don't know if he will answer
the (almost 15,000) emails."

SPAIN: While attending the Victims of Terrorism
Conference in Madrid, Mark Weitzman, the Center's
National Task Force Director, met with Spain's
President Jose Maria Aznar (pictured right) and
presented him with a copy of the Center's book,
Dismantling the Big Lie: The Protocols of the Elders
of Zion. Mr. Weitzman also discussed terrorism and
hate on the Internet with European Parliament
President Pat Cox, high ranking government officials
in the Spanish Foreign and Interior Ministries, and
Irish Nobel Peace Prize winner David Trimble.
BELGIUM: At a meeting in Brussels at European Union
headquarters with European Union Secretary General and
High Representative Javier Solana, Center Associate
Dean Rabbi Abraham Cooper and International Liaison
Director Dr. Shimon Samuels urged Mr. Solana (pictured
left) to take steps against growing antisemitism in
Europe and the Moslem world, and to support the
Center's international campaign to designate suicide
bombings as 'crimes against humanity'. Just the day
before, two members of the European Parliament, Ilka
Schroeder (Germany) and Marco Cappato (Italy)
announced a draft resolution endorsing the Center's
anti-terrorism initiative.
ROMANIA: In the presence of Romanian President Ion
Iliescu, (pictured right) the Simon Wiesenthal Center
opened a Romanian-language version of its Holocaust
exhibition "Courage to Remember" in Bucharest's
National History Museum. The exhibition was
supplemented by an exhibition of panels and artifacts
focusing on the fate of Romanian Jewry during the
Holocaust. The Center's Israel Director Dr. Efraim
Zuroff noted that although Romania has taken some
initial steps in the fields of documentation and
education, much remains to be done, especially in
terms of bringing those responsible for the crimes of
the Holocaust to justice. Sponsors of the exhibit
included the Romanian Ministry of Culture, the
National History Museum, Federation of Jewish
Communities of Romania, Aryeh Rubin and the Targum
Shlishi Foundation, and the Romanian Radio Society.
TURKEY: Senior officials of the Wiesenthal Center
traveled to Istanbul to meet and pray with Turkey's
chief Rabbi at one of the synagogues devastated by al
Qaeda mass murderers. Rabbi Cooper and Dr. Samuels
then went to Ankara to confer with Abdallah Gul,
Foreign Minister, (pictured left, center with Rabbi
Cooper and Dr. Samuels) and Egemen Bagis, Minister of
Parliament and Foreign Policy Advisor to Prime
Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan, to discuss
international terrorism, Middle East peace, and
antisemitism in the Moslem world. Turkey then
supported the Center's worldwide campaign to classify
suicide bombing as a 'crime against humanity'. MP
Bagis said that Turkey would support the campaign
since it has been a prime target and victim of
terrorism.
INDIA: The Wiesenthal Center was the only
international Jewish non-governmental organization
(NGO) to attend last month's World Social Forum in
India. Sadly, it was another important international
gathering permeated by an anti-Jewish, anti-Israel,
and anti-American rhetoric and displays (see poster,
right). The gathering served as a platform for
anti-Israel fundraising and recruitment, for garnering
support for the economic boycott of Israel, and to
garner support for a massive effort to make opposition
to Israel's security fence as the central issue for
human rights activists worldwide. Dr. Samuels and
Sergio Widder, who attended the conference, will soon
be releasing a report detailing the 'highlights' of
and lessons from the conference in Mumbai.
