April - November 1999:  imprisoned in Mannheim, Germany for
'Holocaust' denial!

Since 1996 Töben is the target of Australia's Zionist who use legal tactics to retain a hold on their 'Holocaust' views, fanatically attempting to stifle any open debate on the topic.  It goes so far as to financially bankrupt anyone who dares dissent from the orthodox version of the 'Holocaust', such as Adelaide Institute's Tasmanian Associate, Mrs Olga Scully who found herself before HREOC and the Federal Court and then faced costs of over $150.000.

On instigation of the Los Angeles Simon Wiesenthal Centre's Rabbi Abraham Cooper, the Australian Zionists, Jeremy Jones, in 1996 took Töben before the Australian Human Rights and Equal Opportunity Commission (HREOC), then before Federal Court of Australia - each time gaining judgments that limit Töben's free speech.

The last judgment, 2003,  orders him, on pain of being in contempt of court, not to discuss and question the three pillars on which the 'Holocaust' dogma rests because any such reasoned challenge would cause hurtful feelings to arise in the so-called 'Holocaust' survivors:

1. That there is no Hitler Order that set off the alleged extermination/genocide of European Jewry;

2. That the alleged homicidal gas chambers/ chemical slaughterhouses have to date not been drawn or shown to anyone;

3. That the claimed six million Jews  who allegedly died is a figure that cannot be substantiated.

That Töben considers 'Holocaust' education to be pure hatred propaganda against Germans is conveniently excised from any legal judgments - thereby making such judgments unbalanced and unjust.

Töben now reports on such matters via the Adelaide Institute monthly Newsletter and the website www.adelaideinstitute.org
