Holocaust denier is at it again

"Holocaust denier Olga Scully has begun distributing anti-Israel and Jewish conspiracy material again.

"Scully's present distribution of material is via emails sent to people in the law, media and politics.

"Most of the latest material has been fanatically anti-Israel and about Jewish conspiracies", Executive Council of Australian Jewry president Jeremy Jones said.

"The ECAJ is reviewing the material and deciding its response, he added.

"In Sept., 2003, the Federal Court found that the Tasmanian-based former schoolteacher has breached the Federal Racial Vilification Act by handling out leaflets and selling literature which claimed that the Holocaust was a fabrication, the Talmud encourages paedophilia, Jews masterminded the Port Arthur massacre, communism was a Jewish plot and pornography was under Jewish control.

"The court ordered her to cease publishing or distributing the material. Federal Court Justice Peter Healy ruled that Ukrainian-born Scully's actions were likely to "offend, insult, humiliate and intimidate Jews" , and rejected her argument that she had never targeted Jews as a group or that her actions were for genuine academic purposes."
