TORONTO -- The question of whether the detention of Holocaust denier Ernst Zundel is a violation of the Charter of Rights and Freedoms is in the hands of a judge. Superior Court Justice Mary Lou Benotto reserved judgment yesterday after lawyer Peter Lindsay made brief arguments about why his client should be released from prison immediately.
