because that country is still militarily occupied by the WWII
Allies, now only the USA (Anglo-American-Zionist-Forces). In
Germany a thought crime is a criminal matter - hence the
Holocaust lies are designed to switch-off the German minds
and that is cultural and outright ethnic genocide. Most Germans
are still floundering in crass consumer materialism - and are
not aware what is going on because this process is rather
refined. Hence the need for the media to defame anyone who
refuses to believe in the Holocaust lies. ... And it will still
get worse in Germany and elsewhere. Our proposed Terrorism bill
will achieve the same results in Australia because we will not
be allowed to criticise anything that parliament enacts - and I
know that the Holocaust will feature large in any proposals for
Australia to have new holidays.
Germans always do things doubly well, even this Holocaust
enforcing business is done in typical German fashion, except
those at it in the Zündel case have met their match with
Stolz-Mahler-Rieger-Schaller as defence counsels.
The judge's behaviour reflects the desperation level at which
they are operating. If you cannot fabricate something to win the
battle of the day, you simply stall and delay in an attempt to
wear down your opponent.
Fortunately the defence team is driven by truth - and the judge
has to defend lies, a horrible thing that already reflects in
his facial features.
In order to avoid this typical deflation it is important to have
the mindset tuned to what is important - not your personal
feelings but rather the progression of the issue. Literally I
participated in the trial, and shared with the defence team the
power game, which it is, where rules are thrown overboard. You
pick yourself up, and bingo, you continue - because you can see
the other side floundering and gasping and grasping at straw by
misusing state structures to evil intentions. It has to be
remembered that the judge is the vehicle only - he is the
messenger, and when you look at his face and eyes, then you
realize that he has problems justifying what he is doing. But
can you imagine a mature man who has believed in the Holocaust
lies for all his life, then to open himself to new information?
He has to admit that he believed in a lie for a life-time. That
usually hurts - and the immediate reaction is to shoot the

2. I would think that revisionists run the risk of becoming
caught in a victim situation so how do you counteract that so
that you don't end up developing a victim mentality?

we lose our moral and intellectual integrity against the liars
and those that wish us to become enslaved to their mindset. It's
an all-out battle of the wills - and we soldier on and observe
how desperate the Holocaust believers are becoming. The Germar
Rudolf matter may offer more media and legal frenzy as the
Holocaust believers feel their ground disappearing from under
them, which forces them to do even more absurd things in order
to prop up the lie - the two days at Mannheim were excellent

3. Why are you so sure that someone can't be a revisionist and
have a belief in a god as well? I wasn't aware that the two
would be contradictory?
Being a slave to a Christian religion - as opposed to a faith -
now that I can see as being contradictory because then you are
going to believe about the world whatever the people on your
side want you to believe. I suppose it goes for other religions
too.

1. It is anticipated that the trial will be adjourned until
January 2006
2. It is expected that the Defence application for the judge to
recuse himself will be rejected.
3. The judge will then adjourn the trial until a new duty
attorney can be found for Ernst Zündel.

Subject: Zündel-Prozeß / Tag 2: Prozeß ausgesetzt!
Erwartungsgemäß hat der Vors. Richter am landgericht Dr.
Meinerzhagen seine loinie der vergangenen Woche beibehalten.
Sämtliche Anträge der Verteidigung wurden als "unbegründet"(!)
zurückgewiesen und damit war auch Frau RAin Sylvia Stolz ihr
Mandat als Pflichtverteidigerin los.
Da das Gericht auf einem Pflichtverteidiger besteht, Dr.
Schaller, Wien, ebenfalls vom Gericht abgelehnt wurde / wird,
muß nun ein neuer Pflichtverteidiger gefunden werden, der sowohl
das Vertrauen von Ernst Zündel hat als auch dem Gerichr "genehm"
ist.
Der Prozeß wurde heute nach knapp zweinhalb Stunden ausgesetzt.
Die Wiederaufnahme dürfte frühestens Mitte / Ende Februar
erfolgen, da sich ein neuer Pflichtverteidiger logischerweise in
die umfangreichen Dokumente erst einmal einarbeiten muß.
Die Medien, vor allem Fernsehen und Rundfunk, waren heute
schwach vertreten! - Der gleiche Saal wie in der Vorwoche war
indes wieder voll.
Die Sicherheitsmaßnahmen waren die gleichen, was erneute zu
einer Verzögerung von 35 Minuten führte; im Saal war die
dreifache Anzahl vonm Polizisten, um Beifalls- wie
Mißfallenskundgebungen zu unterbinden und die "Störer" aus dem
Saal zu schaffen, was indes NICHT erforderlich wurde.

Prozess gegen Zündel vertagt
Der Prozess gegen den deutschen Neonazi aus Kanada, Ernst
Zündel, ist heute vorerst geplatzt. Das Verfahren wird
ausgesetzt, bis ein neuer Pflichtverteidiger für den 66-Jährigen
gefunden wird. Zündel ist wegen Volksverhetzung und Leugnung des
Massenmords an den Juden angeklagt. Ihm drohen bis zu 5 Jahre
Haft. Der Richter am Landgericht Mannheim hatte die bisherige
Anwältin Zündels ihres Amtes enthoben, weil sie selbst strafbare
Inhalte wiedergab. Der Befangenheitsantrag gegen Richter Ulrich
Meinerzhagen ist unterdessen abgewiesen worden.

Trial of Holocaust denier Zundel halted after judge fires
defence lawyer

MANNHEIM, Germany (CP) - A judge said Tuesday the trial of
Holocaust denier Ernst Zundel will be rescheduled after firing
one of the defence lawyers.
Judge Ulrich Meinerzhagen ordered Sylvia Stolz dismissed, saying
he doubted she would defend Zundel properly and that a
replacement would need time to prepare.
Meinerzhagen ordered that Zundel remain in custody but set no
date for the trial to reopen. The court also dismissed a defence
motion calling for Meinerzhagen's removal.
Zundel, 66, who was deported to his native Germany from Canada
in March, faces charges of incitement, libel and disparaging the
dead before the state court in the southwestern city of
Mannheim. He faces a maximum sentence of five years in jail if
convicted.
At the opening of Zundel's trial last week, Meinerzhagen
dismissed Horst Mahler, himself a prominent far-right activist,
who Stolz had wanted as her assistant.
The judge said Stolz, one of Zundel's four lawyers, may have
committed an offence herself by allowing Mahler to help prepare
the defence's case.
Mahler is barred from practising as a lawyer because of a
conviction earlier this year for incitement over the
distribution of anti-Semitic propaganda.
A prominent white supremacist and Holocaust denier since the
late 1970s, Zundel ran Samisdat Publishers, a leading
distributor of Nazi propaganda based in Canada.
He also provides content to The Zundelsite website, which has
followers around the world - hundreds of whom have demonstrated
against his detention in Germany.
Born in Germany in 1939, Zundel emigrated to Canada in 1958 and
lived in Toronto and Montreal until 2001. Canadian officials
rejected his attempts to obtain citizenship in 1966 and 1994.
He then moved to Tennessee, where he married fellow extremist
Ingrid Rimland, but was deported to Canada in 2003 for alleged
immigration violations.
Upon arrival in Toronto, Zundel was arrested and held in
detention until a judge ruled in March that his activities posed
a threat to national and international security, and he was
deported to Germany. The decision was welcomed by Jewish and
anti-Nazi groups in Canada and elsewhere.
German authorities accuse Zundel of decades of anti-Semitic
activities, including repeated denials of the Holocaust - a
crime in Germany - in documents and on the Internet.
Their 20-page indictment cites Zundel's texts dating from 1999
to 2003, which prosecutors say demonstrate his attempts "in a
pseudo-scientific way, to relieve National Socialism of the
stain of the murder of the Jews."
Zundel says he is a peaceful man and that Canadian and German
officials have combined to deny him his right to free speech.
