Dear Curtis,

I found this photo in a German news magazine [Photo shows a rabid dog standing over a prostrate male figure]. It shows almost exactly what it was like for us prisoners in Blount County jail in Tennessee, except I was trussed like a caught animal, hands and arms twisted behind my back, Israeli style, plastic cuffs and all. Face down on the floor; where I had been dragged by my legs; after being thrown on the floor. A large sweating black guard kneeling on me, huffing and puffing, while cuffing me in the most brutal fashion. In my case the dog was rearing up, growling, literally foaming at the mouth! The dogs saliva was dripping on my neck, arm and jailhouse uniform – it was horrible!

Curtis, this all happened one year before the world got to see those photos at Abu Ghraib! So I wasn’t too surprised to see those photos, after all, I had already lived it. Of course the American media never took up my story, not for lack of information, no, Ingrid and dozens of people reported what had happened to me to numerous journalists; they ignored the story of course. It makes me wonder today just how widespread an prevalent the internal terror campaign against Americans really is? Ingrid sent me a letter on January 6, 2006 with an enclosed and undated AP article, which stated that 80,000 people had been scooped up after 9-11 – 80,000! Apparently 3000 of these folks were "renditioned," overseas, I being one of them. Supposedly the CIA is investigating some of the false arrests. Fat chance anyone will reveal the truth – talk about the fox watching the hen house.

Without a sustained, aggressive, in your face campaign nothing will change! Gangsters with badges are in charge in many sensitive areas, not unlike the years immediately following the Bolshevik Revolution. They could care less about democratic niceties, the rule of law, due process etc… The Constitutions of Canada and the United States are window-dressing – you should see and hear the smirks and cynical remarks when one raises such esoteric points as embodied in the Habeas Corpus provisions in the Bill of Rights – and/or any other freedom protecting Amendments in the Constitution.

Canadians have always been refugees from real freedom, ever since their founding by Anglo- British loyalists that had fled north after the Americans kicked them out. These people preferred serfdom as subjects of the corrupt British Empire; over the freedoms offered them in the United States. This spirit of willing subjugation has permeated Canadian politics and society for two hundred years – few Canadians will admit to it, most don’t realize it, primarily because Canadians rarely develop any ideas of their own, most are sheep.

Recently I heard a German doctor say on the radio, "A healthy diet is a prerequisite for clear thinking." He said, "poor nutrition is very quickly reflected in poor choices." It was a call in show giving examples of how a change in diet can solve problems that the pharmaceutical industry can’t. Of course I have been spouting the same view for decades, but it’s nice to have one’s views reinforced from time to time by those working within the modern medical industry.

But now on to a different topic: which bears watching and investigating. You are one of the few people I know that can truly appreciate what I am driving at, because of your medical background. You do not discount the usefulness of healthy paranoia as a natural survival prerequisite.Our enemies have done an excellent job of knocking out this very important defensive tool – they pooh-pooh the idea of sensible paranoia, in order to convince people not to look too deeply into what is happening around them. In politics one better have a healthy sense of paranoia, especially in this day and age, or they’ll end up in a political body bag. Consider the Iranian controversy, there are clear historical precedents, not just with Saddam Hussein who was cornered and forced into two wars, but also in the road to war in Europe, in the 1930s, media propaganda virtually guaranteed there would be a war. The images flashed across the movie screen in the 1930s created a pro-war mindset among the people of the world as it does today in the run up to war with Iran. Consider the following and then consider the media response to Iran and Syria:

#1. Germany 1934 – The Nuremberg Rallies. These rallies were turned into a film, Triumph of the Will, a beautiful cinematic experience, and one that was necessary for Adolf Hitler at the time, he needed a propaganda vehicle it to weld together and motivate the German people, but the film was then exploited by skillful American and British propagandists in an effort to alienate the rest of the world from "militaristic Germany." Theatres in Britain, America, France, Czechoslovakia and Poland were inundated with this type of propaganda, anything to convince the people of the world to fear the super-organized, arisen like a Phoenix, Nazi Germany! Again Trimumph of the Will was needed by Hitler and Goebbels in order to bring the German nation out of their "Vietnmam Syndrome," the lost First World War. That war had had a tremendously negative effect upon the German psyche – many thought they were a nation of losers, of the vanquished. This sense of insecurity needed to be overcome; otherwise the victorious allies would subjugate Germany forever. That’s why the film was created and domestically it was a success – internationally it was a disaster! Internationally it was the opening shot heard around the world – because it reconnected frighteningly with First World War propaganda, i.e. that the German people were a nation of mindless, goose stepping, militaristic automatons, once again threatening their "peaceful" neighbors. Sound familiar? It’s happening again – right now – right before our very eyes.

#2. When it was decided to attach a Yellow Star to Jews in Germany as legislated by the Nuremberg Laws, it caused a worldwide uproar: just as the Iranian President’s rhetoric regarding Israel has inflamed passions. The ugly Muslim has replaced the ugly German on the world stage.

#3. Then – enter the worst images of all – Kristallnacht! The night of broken glass , which has to be called the worst pogrom in German history released a torrent of photos globally. Curtis, it is virtually the same imagery we are now seeing nightly on television, and in full color! Western embassies being attacked an burned, flags being burned, images of the aftermath of "suicide bombers," Arabs marching, brandishing knives, Kalashnikov’s etc… in blind fury at the Great Satan, and Israel as the Little Satan. Only a blind man couldn’t see the parallels, "Der Kampf der Kulturen," The Clash of Civilizations," promised by Huntington, Strauss, Krauthammer, Kristol et all. It’s all unfolding before our very eyes. During the run up to and after World War Two nobody believed the German, no matter what he said or did. The very same thing is happening with the Muslims at this moment, the propagandists with their media monopoly ensure that! The Mohammedan cartoons fit the scenario perfectly – for most Americans this cartoon issue only supports what the media says, i.e. that Muslims are backward and uncompromising zealots, nobody considers the fact that the cartoons were printed for no other reason than to provoke the exact reaction they did; it’s crucial to demonize one’s adversary. I wonder what Neo-Con genius figured these reactions out? It’s not really brilliance behind the cartoons, as much as remembering the predictability of the masses, if it’s worked once, it’s bound to work again. Why change a "winning formula?" Air strikes are coming.

It was good to get your letter of April 13, 2006, it was one of the first substantial letters I’ve received in the last month, because each time the lawyers write an “apprehension of bias” motion, all mail delivery in and out stops, because the presiding judge has to decide whether or not they [the presiding judge] is prejudiced or not. I received a letter from Ingrid today relating that she had just received a letter I had written her on February 9^th! It took over two months to reach her!

 

One letter mailed here in Germany took six months to reach me. Can you imagine, in Germany? So your letter, which took three weeks, arrived her fast, as least comparably. Ingrid’s last letter took longer – it was mailed April 9, 2006, and I just received it. So, it’s always good to hear from you. I have received several letters from you as of late. I always try to respond as quickly as possible top your letters because you are important to me – because of your instinct for finding and researching interesting g topics! You have an uncanny instinct for what’s important, thus your critique of the documentary was of special interest to me.

 

Let me delve into the DVD – this is the first letter from you on the topic. I appreciate your explaining it to me. I expected that it was too long – I think Ingrid’s reasoning was to use it as an explanation to the “new found,” and “old members” of the choir so to speak, because there will be a tendency to write off Ingrid and I as “road kill,” once the inevitable verdict has been duly rendered. That is why it is very important to keep this important case before the public – and keep pursuing it.

 

These people count on the lethargy and defeatism that has traditionally neutered us – it is a malady that they do not suffer from. It all depends on determined people the world over not to allow these important issues to die. These people do not expend tremendous amounts of money, manpower and influence for nothing, not for a slap on the wrist. They aren’t anywhere close to done with me. They conspired for over twenty-five years, tried like bastards, every dirty trick to get me, and I walked right into it, like a sleepwalker through their carefully laid minefield. No matter, – I was around long enough to put these issues on the table – damn the torpedoes – full steam ahead!

 

Ingrid sent me a number of statistics associated with Googling various personalities associated with my case here, i.e. Sylvia Stolz, the judge. I was impressed; the coverage was quite good. What an incredible medium we are dealing with in the Internet!

 

There is an organization, “Reporters without Borders” and they support incarcerated writers, reporters, etc… I have mentioned to Ingrid that I have really been a reporter, writer, broadcaster, and producer for almost half a century.  Nobody, to my knowledge, has ever made an issue of it.  Perhaps, Reporters without Borders can help. The only way to counter these people is to get in their face, 24hrs a day, 7 days a week.  They work like that – that’s why their tantrums are paid attention to and ours are not.  That is why I gained a lot of attention.  My motto, “Always be Present, Always be before the public, Be imaginative, Become a permanent fixture, A buzzing mosquito!, Never stop, Never surrender, Keep circling and keep sucking the energy out of them.”  I was imaginative and I kept in their face, that got their attention all right, to the point that they decided to use a big and deadly fly swatter on Ernst.  I am surprised I lasted as long as I did.  What made me get so much attention was the combination of public demonstrations against daily newspapers, radio and TV stations – while we put on some demonstrations before courthouses.  That paid off handsomely. 

 

But then I was free, I could wheel and deal.  Above all I could raise these incredible sums swallowed up by these court cases.

 

It’s important to keep “Googling” to know how many people are made alert to the situation, to see what the real statistics are and to mix it up on every forum.  There is no way for me to know what is going on in the outside world, thus letters I receive are a vital lifeline to the outside world.  All printed matter, new clippings, books, etc… are not allowed here.  After the trial is over and the inevitable verdict is in, then apparently I can once again receive “alternate” news without censorship.  But first, I have to go, as it were, through my personal path to Calvary – and then the censorship is what they call here “Sicht-Kontrolle,” which means a visual inspection of the contents.  By the way, that Geophagy article from the CDC is one of the most fundamentally important articles you have ever sent me – for the seating with bacteria of your stomach (with dirt as a baby) onto later years with yogurt to improve the intestinal flora is of the utmost importance for optimal health.

 

One German writer wrote in a very popular book on raw food that the colon is most often the location of the cause of illness.  Ninety-seven percent of all Americans supposedly suffer from one kind of colon related complaint or another according to this writer.  He too recommends the cottage cheese, flax oil regimen of Dr. Budwig.

 

Ingrid sent me a few articles of Blount County/Abu Ghraib’s use of muzzled German Shepherds and Doberman Pinchers.  Christopher Bollyn of Carto’s American Free Press wrote an incredible good article about these American torture camps and laid into Amnesty International for ignoring what is really happening – laying down on the job when it really counts.  So the truth will come out! Now we need to get the word out!  I will keep in touch with you once the verdict has been reached.  The censorship will ease.

Just a short sign of life from Mannheim one day after my third birthday in prison with no end in sight.

Tomorrow is another half-day court appearance, I have no idea what awaits me, since the procedural “free for all,” leaves me confused and perplexed. Four hundred and eighty pages of ‘material,’ will be presented more or less “in camera,” meaning behind closed doors, but unusually enough, at least this time, in full view of the public. Doesn’t that sound contradictory? Well, allow me to explain.

They have something here known as a “self reading process.” This is where a few documents are selected from a mountain of documents by the presiding judge. These documents are then copied and given to the three judges [professional judges] and two “jury members,” selected from a pool of people, who might be of any sex, ethnicity, etc… There is no jury selection process as in America , there is no way to reject certain jurors. The system is faulty - last year, some jurors were found not to have even been German citizens, in some cases unable to speak German! Given all of this, one even longs for the so called “justice system,” in Canada , which as you know is anything but fair. One longs for the “Due Process,” in America , or British Common Law. I can now more fully appreciate why Americans fought a bloody revolution, to rid themselves of the whims of a corrupt system. Once they realized that not even the Constitution could protect them from power seeking maniacs they instituted the Bill of Rights as a corrective measure and on top of that passed Amendments to their own Constitution when necessary.

What the American forefathers developed shows a degree of sophistication and an understanding of the concept of LIBERTY, one anchored firmly in reality, that I believe is probably unparalleled in history. It fills me with satisfaction that I should have had the privilege to escape from this torn and tormented country of shattered, compromised, traumatized psychies and to have lived and worked and breathed the individual freedoms then still largely existing in North America . Now unfortunately the confusion, erosion of values, lack of understanding – thanks to the dumbing down effects of the “modern educational system,” – and that idiot box that continuously vomits its poisonous fare into living rooms across America and Canada – society has been thoroughly eroded, deformed, we can see the dire results everywhere!

Look at the looting that took place after hurricane Katrina. The looting of stores, of ones own neighborhood, even the homes of the elderly! This looting spree was preceded by a far more pernicious and devastating crime, the looting spree by the managerial/executive class in America, typified by Enron, World Com, the Ivan Boesky’s, and Michael Milken’s, the looting of the S&L’s, HUD, Medicare and Medicaid, Social Security, the Pentagon, looting by the very people we have entrusted to safeguard these institutions. In reality, this dissolution has been in full swing for some time now, decades in fact. The Dot.Com excesses were only the tip of the iceberg. They are after the “Hedge Funds,” today, and they’ll get those too – time to shear a new herd of sheeple.

Truly, compared to the vastness of the troubles lying ahead, my troubles here in prison seem quite insignificant, a mere “blip,” on the radar screen of life, at least historically speaking! To be sure they are painful and unpleasant to me, to Ingrid, and seem outrageous to a few friends – but let’s face it – we are mere road kill to these greedy people and their aspirations. 

Still, from the remoteness and isolation of my prison cell in Mannheim Germany I can see that my powers of observation and analysis have not left me entirely. You will recall how I have warned for years of the coming energy crisis [FACT] created by way of competition with China , for oil and gas. You are my witness that I wrote in letter after letter, that we were headed for an energy availability crisis – which will inevitably be followed by “Energy Wars,” of one kind or another. The Europeans are far more vulnerable to this than most and for that reason are acutely aware and alert for what is about to come. This can readily be seen by Europe ’s lackluster support for America ’s wars in the Mid East – it is clear that the political, economic, industrial and military power structures of the planet are currently in realignment – might I say, even at a dizzying speed! China , India and other Asian nations are now freeing themselves from the American hegemon, they no longer need us; there is no need for them to maintain their post-colonial dependency and/or submissive world position. In another generation, perhaps even sooner, they will be our overlords, because they are far more conscious of the realities of ethnicity and religious orientation and their impact on politics and power than we are in the west. In a very real sense, we will be taken down by a very strange form of denial, one that has affected the masses in North America , and makes no real sense whatsoever. We have convinced ourselves of the so-called truth in the subjective concepts of “liberte, egalite, fraternite,” great concepts, but facile and naïve. The Chinese momentum won’t be burdened or slowed by such infantile notions.

We in the west are ill equipped mentally and emotionally to meet the future – we’re saddled with immature notions like “turn the other cheek,” and similar ideas of meekness – we aren’t prepared to meet the “teaming masses,” now saddling up for the next century of bloody conflict, pandemic disease, mass starvation on a scale that would dwarf Biblical accounts. There are so many looming disasters at present that most never make the headlines, as an example, after the floods in Europe, one never heard a word about Bird Flu, despite the fact that the floods themselves would have increased the likelihood of animal to human transmission exponentially, in the sense that animal feces would have been literally everywhere, spread by the floodwaters – and we know the virus is spread via feces. No news network reported this increased risk, because they were focused elsewhere, on the floods themselves, on Iran’s alleged nuclear program, on Putin’s supposed disregard for democratic values, on Anna Nicole Smith’s Supreme Court case, etc… etc… you know what I mean. 

Despite what most North Americans might believe, just because the media isn’t reporting these stories, it does not mean they have gone away. The problems continue like an unobserved prairie fire – they will pop up again in the least expected locals, countries, continents.

I have been describing the danger of nuclear technology in the hands of certain nations for several years now – I can still vividly recall what happened at Three Mile Island and the near “melt down,” that occurred there in the 1970s. I distinctly remember reading a study that if a melt down had occurred as many as sixty five million Americans could have suffered a similar fate as those around Chernobyl in the mid 1980s. The media here in Germany is full of stories about the various atomic disasters in the former Soviet Union and the associated “fall out,” and its effects on the population of the former Soviet Union , as well as Europe . I consider myself pretty well versed on these issues, but I wasn’t aware of what the German press is now saying about some of these accidents, i.e. that the fall out and associated ill effects were felt as far away as North America. According to these reports, there is a place in Siberia , where 200 villages had to be evacuated forty-eight years ago because of a nuclear accident. Apparently the area is still highly contaminated today, fish, fowl, deer, reindeer, etc… that wander into the area quickly become sick and die. According to these stories humans that currently live just on the outside of the evacuation zones suffer from strange deformities and this is the third generation after the fact. Apparently one town was cynically [deliberately] not evacuated by Soviet authorities so that they might have a living model/experiment so to speak on the effects of long term radiation exposure. Apparently this was done to get an idea of what a post nuclear exchange world might be like, or rather what people might look like in such a world.

I recently bought a television which is wired into German cable television, which has programs in Russian, Serbian, French, Italian, Ukrainian, Polish, Spanish, even Algerian. The East European and German programming is saturated with programs on Chernobyl and related issues. There is a debate similar to the forbidden topic [The holocaust] where the numbers of deaths are deliberately played down by the Soviets and their successors who now say that only 50 people actually died as a result of the accident at Chernobyl . Consider though that 6000 Soviet Red Army soldiers and 40,000 special Chemical Warfare Troops were employed in the clean up without any “radiation protective equipment,” a town of some 39,000 people was evacuated, but not before occupants were exposed to the fallout for 3-4 days first. Some Russian dissident scientists are now talking about 100,000 having actually died already as a result of Chernobyl and some 500,000 have experienced illness directly related to the accident. Despite all this, there is currently a strong push to build these reactors all over Europe , Eastern Europe , Central Asia , China , India ; it is madness! Stop the world I want to get off!

I was given your January 24 letter only on Monday, the 3^rd, April, 06 and want to respond briefly and include two photocopies which show the type of cell I was housed in, in Thorold and Toronto West. The German text describes, describes the treatment the prisoners at Gitmo [Guantanamo Bay] received, and for all intents and purposes, it is similar to what I was subjected to, the 24 hour lights on, extreme cold, loud ventilators designed to keep one awake with their insufferable noise.

One prisoner even describes how attack dogs were used to terrorize prisoners at Gitmo, just like at Abu Ghraib and in Blount County jail where I was incarcerated. At Blount County jail, we too were terrorized by a mysterious black clad, gender integrated, masked paratrooper types wearing flak jackets! The women were provocatively clad in skin tight black garb as well, looming over us, menacingly, while we were handcuffed Israeli style, with plastic ties, being videotaped the entire time. I saw grown men weeping, shaking like leaves on a tree, as their guard dogs barked and growled with a fury that bordered on the hysterical. I could feel one of the dogs drool all over my arm and neck as it threatened me from its position above me, as I lay prostrate on the floor. 

Strangely enough I was absolutely calm during this entire exercise – studying the faces, the voices, and body language of these sadistic men and women, thinking the entire time about that experiment conducted at Stanford University back in the 1970s I believe known today as the Stanford-Prison experiment. Apparently we didn’t learn anything from that research – or possibly we learned all too well. Another thing that came to mind was that Hollywood propagandistic nightmare from the seventies as well called “Ilse, She Wolf of the SS.” As you imagine, it was just another film designed to denigrate the German in the eyes of those who watched the film.

The scene at Blount County jail was something to behold – it took place on February 8, 2006 and again on February 15, 2006 . I was finally, illegally and unconstitutionally railroaded out of the United States a couple of days later on February 17, 2006 , Presidents day! It was really a typical rendition under extraordinary circumstances – I was flown out by airplane where most are handled as fairly normal immigration cases, i.e. bussed out on a Greyhound. When Canada deported me, they did it by privately chartered aircraft at a cost of $50,000 to the Canadian taxpayer. God forbid should Ernst Zündel talk with someone about the way he was being treated in a so-called western style democracy!

Unfortunately I don’t have the time to translate these two article I am sending you, but you might try to get the actual color photos off of the Frankfurter Rundschau [21, September, 2005] website! It is truly uncanny to see those photos having experienced that type of environment as I have, up close! Close enough where I can still remember what that dog’s foul breath still smells like. Bruce Leichty wanted to depose those Blount County officials, they ran to the federal Court and got a blanket restraining order – quashing our request for the moment – but trust me, the case is alive and I intend to follow through on it, for myself as well as the dozens of other prisoners subjected to their sadistic techniques. Sooner or later those people are going to face the music. I must close now.

Dear friend M

 

 

I received your very interesting letter full of information I have been cut off from since the new stringent censorship was imposed on me. So your letter was like a breath of fresh air for me. Thank you for writing and taking so much to fill me in on so many topics – and using carefully chosen words and phrases!

 

German officials do not share North American traditions of free speech, so they are allergic to certain words and concepts. You seem to realize this. Unfortunately other letter writers aren’t and I never see their letters. I am no longer enjoying Bill of Right protections. There were good reasons for Americans having once laid down their lives for the freedoms they once enjoyed – unfortunately many Americans took those rights for granted and they don’t exist in the same form they once did. This of course was done in an especially pernicious manner, slowly, inexorably, one freedom, one right at a time.

 

I am saddened by what you said about the American Renaissance get together – now I call that sad. There is no reason American Renaissance should be attacking Euros in the press or allowing certain members to do so either.

 

Should you write back to me I must tell you the only thing I am able to receive is actual text within the body of a letter, no photocopies; no photographs. No magazines, no newspaper clippings, on any topic – they won’t allow it. So please let our friends know this. I am only allowed to send and receive two letters a day, so bear that in mind if you don’t receive a timely reply!

 

It is important to keep my case before the public, the Congress, the Senate; you name it. Otherwise they will treat my wife and I as collateral damage, yesterdays news, people can tire quickly! Often people embrace the “what’s the use” attitude if things aren’t moving quickly, but that’s exactly what the enemies of freedom want, they depend on our apathy, they encourage battle fatigue – lethargy! It’s nearly 0600 now; the guard will be here momentarily to pick up the mail so that my censors can read it. Yes, you heard right, in North America it’s a federal crime to read outgoing mail – here it’s status quo.
