Sylvia Stolz Indicted

Attorney Sylvia Stolz, affectionately known to German patriots as “the German Joan of Arc” and “the Bavarian Spitfire” on account of her spirited defense of political dissidents, has herself been indicted for political incorrectness.

Specifically, the vassal court system of the OMF/ Federal Republic has charged Ernst Zündel’s defender with “Denying the Holocaust.” (OMF: Ordnungsform einer Modalität der Fremdherrschaft, “a modality of rule by foreign powers,” is the phrase coined to describe the Bundesrepublik by Prof. Carlo Schmidt in 1948 as he was seeking to avoid the disparaging term “puppet government.”

While defending Dr. Rigold Hennig during his trial before Lüneburg Superior Criminal Court on charges of disparaging the government, Attorney Stolz allegedly read aloud a newspaper article about Gilad Atzmon, the world renowned Israeli artist and critic of Zionism.

This article quoted a public statement by Mr. Atzmon describing the official historiography of World War II and the “Holocaust” as “a complete falsification invented by Americans and Zionists.”

Sylvia is also charged with having quoted President Ahmadinejad of Iran, who stated publicly that he does not believe the “Holocaust” to be factual.

The indictment also charges Sylvia with stating in her motion that Dr. Germar Rudolf’s Lectures on the Holocaust would “destroy the Holocaust religion root and branch.”

As if that were not enough, she is even being indicted for having demonstrated in her closing statement that the German Reich is still the legal government of Germany, and therefore the OMF / Federal Republic has no legal authority.

The indictment quotes her as having stated:

“The Holocaust swindle is disintegrating before our eyes…The Court can no longer shield itself from well founded doubts about ‘Holocaust.’”

During the investigative phase of the trial, Sylvia had emphasized that the Holocaust is not “manifestly self evident.” (Offenkundigkeit or “Manifest Self Evidence,” a Soviet concept applied during the Nuremberg show trials, is the cornerstone of the German laws that prohibit challenging Allied atrocity propaganda from World War II, specifically the unsubstantiated allegations of German genocide against the Jews.)

Attorney Stolz effectively demonstrated that the “manifestly self evident” nature of “Holocaust” was fabricated by means of falsified evidence, perjured testimony, confessions obtained under torture, governmental suppression of opinion, censorship, existential threats to revisionists, officially imposed blackouts of news on revisionist research,and prosecution of (non Jewish) persons who publicly express doubts about “Holocaust.”

Interestingly, Jewish critics of Zionism and the “Holocaust Industry” are allowed to express dissenting opinions in Germany.

Attorney Stolz expressed the conviction that government will soon be unable to suppress challenges to “Holocaust” because too many people all over the world are now aware of the falsifications and suppressed facts.


On account of the significance of the matter the Attorney General of Lüneburg brought the indictment before the Superior Criminal Court rather than the county court.

Acceptance of the indictment will be decided by the judges of Lüneburg District Court, the same judges who sentenced Head Physician Dr. Hennig (70, with no prior convictions) to a jail term of 6 months without parole for the crime of disparaging the government.
