On 9 July 2003 Fredrick Töben was apprehended by PK Schönharr, Pforzheim Süd Police Station. For 90 minutes Töben awaited his fate, then was advised he was in unwanted visitor to Germany, without any further details given. On 2 December 2003, the OIC Pforzheim Süd Police Station, Henne, stated in a telephone conversation with Töben that the July 2003 reference had been deleted, and that he is now free to travel to Germany.
This confirms the letter Töben received from the Bundeskriminalamt, Wiesbaden, dated 6 November 2003 wherein a person, Wisser, advises that neither is there a deportation nor an arrest warrant out for Töben. Can the German authorities be trusted? Töben will be testing this in 2004! |
