In the Introduction to his 1988 book, Made in Russia: The Holocaust,

Historical Review Press, Carlos Whitlock Porter states:

"War crimes trials are characterized by the assumption that rules of evidence are a technicality designed to enable the guilty to evade punishment. in fact, however, their purpose is to protect tribunals from errors in judgment.

Centuries ago, it was common to prosecute women for performing sexual acts with the Devil. These acts were described in minute detail in thousands of trials, in millions of pages of sworn testimony. It was established, for example, that Satan's ejaculatory fluid is cold.

Thousands of women stood fast in their confessions to the very foot of the stake, proving the truth of the matter stated; others recanted, proving the contumacy of the Tempter.

Thousands of men were burned for signing a Compact with the Prince of Darkness. This was a written contract, binding on both parties, the exact text of which was known to jurists for centuries; yet the original document was never found. Secondary evidence was accepted as to its existence and content.

Satan's existence was proven by his many appearances in the form of a cat or a goat; his failure to fulfil his contractual obligations was seen as a simple breach of faith.

Professional witnesses denounced thousands of people; defendants were condemned on the basis of ex parte affidavits signed by unknown persons; hallucinations and dreams were introduced into evidence in sworn statements.

Persons defending the accused could only be motivated by secret sympathy with Satan's conspiracy or Common Plan.

Respected people entered prison defiant, confident that God would prove them innocent; only to emerge a month later, prepared to confess publicly and be burned alive for kissing the anus of a goat. Similar procedures and rules of evidence were used after the last war to convict Germans of killing millions of Jews in a toxicologically absurd manner, using an insecticide requiring 24 hours to kill moths.

It is characteristic of modern thought that man is held to be progressing in some manner, a concept which was foreign to the medieval world."

World War III Revisionism

If ever Americans and British do not find evidence of Saddam's "Weapons of Mass Destruction" or of Saddam's (six ?) doubles (in French : sosies), this will be the best possible evidence that those WMDs and those doubles really existed.

Remember the witchcraft trials, the Nazi war criminals trials or the Revisionists trials.

In the past centuries (especially from 1450 to 1650), according to some experts, there were allegedly sixty possible traces on the body of a witch that she had intercourse with Satan but, finally, it seems it was decided,

in spite of descriptions made by those naive experts, that the best possible evidence of such an intercourse was that Satan had erased every trace; otherwise he would not have been Satan.

In the last century (especially from 1945), the same thing happened with the Nazi gas chambers and with the witnesses of the gassings of the Jews. There was allegedly a lot of evidence and testimonies but, finally, it seems it was decided, in spite of demonstrations made by naive experts, that the best possible evidence was that Hitler had ordered the destruction of all those chemical slaughterhouses and the killing of all the witnesses; otherwise he would not have been Hitler. As Simone Veil already put it in 1983 : "Everyone knows that the

Nazis destroyed those gas chambers and systematically eliminated the witnesses" (France-Soir Magazine, 7 May 1983, p.47).

At the beginning of this very century (especially from 2002), it seems we'll have the same scenario with Saddam's WMDs, and his doubles.

If that is the case, the lies (and the liars ?) should be the same, and Revisionism of WW 3 practiced by Revisionists of WW 2 should be an easy job.

I am presenting the above not as something coming from my mind because the 17 September 2002 Federal Court of Australia Judgment prohibits me from formulating and giving expression to such matters, in particular the thoughts expressed in the penultimate paragraph.

However, as our society currently finds itself in a world war on terrorism, we need to be reminded where the witch-hunting mentality leads if it is disconnected from basic concepts of truth and justice. If the premise upon which an argument rests is demonstrably false, then — although quite logical — the conclusion remains absurd, as is indicated in Carlos Porter's Introduction.
