Arrival at Mashhad - 28 February

Mashhad has about 3-4 million people, which swells to around ten million during holy festive times.

My arrival at Mashhad Airport was uneventful, and the warm welcome extended to visitors indicates how customs and immigration officials are at ease with the situation. There is none of the paranoia that is so evident in personnel manning western airports where the artificial fear of 'terrorism' has left its mark.

I left Australia without an Iranian visa because new regulations enable any visitor to obtain an entry visa at the airport. The procedure was to take about ten minutes, and then it took over an hour. Why? The office where this happens is still not quite complete. $50,- US enables you to enter Iran for seven days.

Whenever you meet Iranians, you note that they will do what has become a habit among Jewish Americans such as Professor Debora Lipstadt - clearly identify with 'my country' Iran. This deep sense of patriotism saturates everything that happens in Iran, which is also intertwined with a marked but non-ostentatious spirituality.

That Jewish Americans identify with the USA clearly confirms that the New Jerusalem is today's USA.

Many Iranians, like many Germans, nurture a metaphysical appreciation of life. Unlike the pragmatists and rationalists, such idealists cannot help but feel and think deeply on what life is all about. In the Iranians this expresses itself in a comprehensive Islamic world view while in the Germans it manifests itself in the world of ideas as expressed, in particular, in Kant's and Hegel's philosophical systems.

Rationalism - analytic thinking - of which the French excel, and Empiricism - almost unimaginative practicality - of which the English/Americans excel, postulates that reason and understanding must be more limited, and so their kind of metaphysics is absorbed not within the political-cultural context but within an expression of religion itself, in particular Christianity and its Zionist/messianic kind.

The above explains why the Jews have received this uncritical support for the Zionist state of Israel, in particular from the USA where Christian Zionist fervour knows no limits. Thus, masters of the practical-materialist-scientific world, the Americans' mutated metaphysical appreciation of life is a pale form of Christian-Zionist-Judaism that swims within a sea of predatory capitalism's environment, which is delineated by self-destructive consumerism where hedonism-nihilism rule supreme.

Within this materialist world what matters is feelings - self-absorbed naval gazing where good is what makes you feel good, never mind any of the basic and rather fundamental values such as truth, honour and justice. In fact, such practical individuals will ridicule anyone who cherishes and nourishes a deeper appreciation of the metaphysical-spiritual world and deem it to be quite illusory, not having any reality at all - pure imagination. For such practical individuals their world is one of power-play, of winning and losing battles without ever reaching the moment of empathetic understanding, as was reached by Alexander the Great when he overlooked a battlefield and saw the enemy's young dead warriors before him - he cried at the loss of such valuable lives.

For me, the ideal mental attitude is developed by partaking of all three forms of thought as expressed in the philosophies of British empiricism, French rationalism and German idealism. It can produce a person that is practical, rational and still appreciates the power of love that life-giving force, which enables us all to participate in the process of Creation.

Those who are stuck in just one of these modes of thought often display serious personal blind-spots. The pragmatist easily falls into despair if not total cynicism, where flight into excessive consumerism-hedonism signals the path to self-destruction. That, for some in the so-called western democracies is the only way out of a situation where spiritual death rules supreme. It is, in fact, the only real freedom left for them - prematurely to end it all.

The callous disrespect for life, a worshipping of life-denying forces as such, is exemplified by those Jews who have participated in the ethnic cleansing of Palestine.

In order to deflect from such horrors, Jews and their helpers have adopted the 'Holocaust' as a defence shield against any criticism of their behaviour. Germans falsely are made out to be what Jews actually have done themselves. It is a classic case of scapegoating, something the defeated Germans seem to relish falling into because they have accepted the Christian idea of sin-guilt, and from which there is no escape except through Jewish help. In her collection of essays Dagmar Brenne exemplifies this so well how it is possible to break away from Jewish influence.

The fact that, as Professor Arthur Butz says the 'Holocaust' is the myth of the 20th century, and  Professor Robert Faurisson says, the 'Holocaust' is a lie, - and which the Iranian President Dr Mahmoud Ahmadinejad also openly stated  - has serious consequences for the existence of the state of Israel. It explains why 'Holocaust' matters have legally been protected in a number of countries where knowledge about the 'Jewish question' is common.

It is not a matter of persecuting Jews as such, but what happens is that non-Jews begin to re-assert their own identity as they extricate themselves from the conceptual prison that Jews have imposed on their minds. This conceptual prison currently employs the following words, and variations thereof, that are all designed to stop any legitimate criticism of Jewish behavior from being openly and publicly scrutinized:

hater

'Holocaust' denier

antisemite

racist

neo-Nazi.

Although still powerful words within global discourse, they have lost their punch-line meaning as information about their perverted use is disseminated throughout the world via our weapon of mass instruction - the Internet.

National groups refuse to be put into these conceptual prisons by those who thrive on predatory capitalism doing its work. The words do not grip as solidly as they once used to. For example the stupid concept 'antisemite' has since Israel's continued ethnic cleansing of the Palestinians, become useless to deflect criticism from Israel's appalling treatment of the Palestinians.

The next step in this process of tightening the word 'antisemite' is to declare it a medical condition. Someone in Jerusalem has already stated that "antisemitism is a disease", a thought Edgar Steele augmented with, "You catch it from Jews".

The fact that legal jurisdictions are demanding psychiatric reports on those charged with 'antisemitism', indicates we are swiftly entering a world that is adopting Soviet Union-style methods of censorship where the physical form of punishment is reduced to one of psychological terrorism.

I viewed with interest comments from Iranian students how they found it absurd that in the USA individuals with personal problems would go to a total stranger, pay that person money and he would then listen to their problems. They related how this was silly because there was always an aunt, an uncle, a cousin, a brother or sister, or parents, who would all listen and help sort out the problems that all humans need to grapple with - what is life all about?
