Comment by Fredrick Tφben
Now that Zionist racist Jeremy Jones has a judgment against me, most of the Australian media's editorial writers will fall in line. Why? It's the old 'fear of the Jews' syndrome, though I hasten to add that it is unjust and unbalanced to use 'Jew' as a collective term.
There are valiant Jewish individuals, in Australia, in Israel, and elsewhere in the world who support our fight against the racist Zionists, such as Jeremy Jones.
Elsewhere I shall comment on the Middle East tragedy - and how we need to support the Palestinians in their just cause to oust the Zionist entity from the Middle East.
L. to R.: Rabbi Weiss, who opposes Zionist-apartheid-racist Israel, and Dr Tφben, who refuses to believe in the 'Holocaust', here sharing a point-of-view at
The Barnes Review Third International Conference 'Authentic History & The First Amendment', Washington, D.C. , 14 - 16 June 2002
When Jeremy Jones began the action against me before the Human Rights and Equal Opportunity Commission (HREOC), he claimed to be doing this on behalf of Australian Jewry.
Even the rather morally and intellectually unbalanced utterances of the commissioner could not support this claim, and she permitted Jones to represent the Executive Council of Australian Jews and its current members.
In the Federal Court of Australia (FCA), this claim was further whittled away and the action became one between Jeremy Jones v Fredrick Tφben.
However, these matters remained minor irritations for him compared to what he has achieved through the present FCA judgment. All the same, the world knows that so-called World Jewry is just as fractured in points-of-view as are other pressure groups. It has, however, one unifying principle - the 'Holocaust'. But since 24 September 2002, I am not permitted to mention anything else about this concept I have been gagged, but Jeremy Jones may continue to present his point-of-view. And we do know he has lied about matters pertaining to the court case.
Who cares? I do!
Australia's media is largely under Zionist influence. But this does not mean that there are not individuals who will stand up for a greater principle than that embraced by them, namely the legal principle of according an individual Natural Justice. Simply put, this means giving an individual a right-of-reply.
Below follows a selection of media commentary since the handing down of the 17 September 2002 Federal Court judgment.
