1. - not deleting from his Internet site published material - D 3/4 - 01 - this matter has not been the subject of any court proceedings;

3. - defence arguments used in an earlier appeal hearing at Landgericht Wuppertal have given rise to further criminal charges.
Horst Mahler asks everyone to skip grandmother's birthday and be there in court on 11 August 2005, at 9.00 am, at the court house, Alleestraße 119, 42853 Remscheid, Germany.

He advises that unless Germans become active, the situation will not change/develop in Germany.
