Letter from Kaliningrad - Königsberg
Fredrick Töben
14 April 2004

Farewell from the European Union – EU – and damned be the German legal ambush
that nearly succeeded. Yes, the Germans are at it again … not giving anyone
Natural Justice but relying on a legal ambush to have their way with me.

The above expressed sentiment is not typically German but it comes out of a
Germany that is infested with a foreign mindset that propagates the ‘Holocaust’
dogma. As this ‘Holocaust’ dogma is pure German hatred it is self-evident that
Germans who believe in the ‘Holocaust’ dogma are self-hating Germans – and that
is very sad indeed.

Departing
Finland

A pleasant night’s rest in Helsinki and a hearty breakfast signified my
wellbeing. Yet I always expect the worse and hope for the best – and my Finland
departure illustrated how important it is to be prepared for the worse,
otherwise our emotions will forever be up and down like a yo-yo.

I checked in at the Finair counter, and at Passport Control requested proof of
my exit with that clear EU FN stamp in my passport, then settled down in the
Finair Lounge. TV showed someone holding up a book: The Diary of Anne Frank
followed by Stalin. I could not hear what it was about because the volume was
unusually low.
Then I saw two burley armed young men in green uniform enter and begin a
conversation with the two receptionists. All four, ever so discretely – and
separately – glanced towards me. Had I been in a New York subway train carriage
such a glance would not have amounted to a challenge, where then someone feels
under attack and yells out: “What’re you lookin at me for?”
Ever so gently the men slid out the lounge and presently I saw the receptionist
walk towards me – a definite walk towards me. Softly she advised me that the
two gentlemen outside would like a word with me, and would I please take my
coat and bag with me, which I did.  Been there, done that!
The powerlessness, if one is a control freak, must be devastating at such
moments for those who do not have a clear conscience. The individuals who set
such a bureaucracy in motion must inversely feel a great power surge as their
will is acted upon, in this instance by two young men just doing their duty,
carrying out orders.

Outside, the young men, gentlemen rather, advised me that owing to the Schegenin
Agreement there is a request from Germany that I not be permitted to enter any
of the countries that make up the European, and would I please accompany them
to their office just a few paces from the lounge. I didn’t have a choice in
this matter, but how often, for example in the US, is it customary to make a
big scene and heap embarrassment on the person.

I handed over my passport and the letter I had received from the
Bundeskriminalamt, Wiesbaden, Germany, wherein it is clearly stated that there
is nothing pending on me that would prevent me from travelling to Germany.

I also handed over a letter I had written to Judge Adam of the Mannheim
Landesgericht wherein I respond to a call I had received from my German lawyer,
Ludwig Bock about a month ago. Bock had been contacted by Judge Adam who
enquired whether Bock was still my legal counsel of choice. Adam had also
advised that my re-trial was to be set down to the first week in May. I advised
Bock that this would have to be postponed because of my being engaged
otherwise, but any time after May would suit me. My willingness to return to
Germany for a re-hearing of my case is on public record because as I wrote to
Judge Klaus Kern, the world is my prison, where could I hide then?

In my letter to Judge Adam I advised him that Ludwig Bock is not anymore my
legal counsel because he fears defending me with vigour on account of the
consequences that would have – Bock would be charged again as he and been about
five years ago when he defended Guenter Deckert “ too vigorously”,  and that
this brought Bock’s mindset close to that of the Revisionists, according to
state prosecutor Klein. Bock was duly fined.

My legal counsel of choice was therefore a courageous advocate – Horst Mahler
who had agreed to take on my defence.

Unfortunately since a few days ago Horst Mahler has been debarred from acting
for anyone else as a barrister. In his case before Judge Faust Horst Mahler
collected numerous writs along the way that emerged out of what he stated in
court as part of his defence. In Germany absolute privilege does not attach to
court proceedings, and so if you wish to defend yourself against an allegation
and counter that or even support it with evidence, then that is additional
proof of your “criminal energy” that you are bearing upon the whole situation.
Truth is no defence – only a plea for having transgressed and recanting will
get you a sympathetic ear from the judge.

It is truly witch-trial and Inquisition time in Germany, and this effectively
eliminates Mahler from taking on my case and that of other Revisionists – in
the foreseeable future at least.

The Finnish Border Control gentlemen took copies of my documentation, and they
showed me the document that emanated from Germany. It clearly stated that on 9
January 2004 Germany had requested EU member states to refuse me entry because
I am now designated as an undesirable person not fit to enter the EU. According
to the Schegenin Agreement this means that all EU points of entry have been
alerted that my presence in the EU is VERBOTEN! Why wasn’t I advised that my
letter had been superseded by this current one?

The young men also received from me some additional material that I carried with
me. They are all English literate.

Apologetically they said they were merely carrying out orders, and that they
cannot do anything to change the situation. “You must change it!” they said
almost in unison, then again apologized for taking up my time.

Did you, dear reader, hear this? Revisionists must change the situation!

And so I returned to the lounge where the receptionist welcomed me back without
my having to identify myself anew.

When I touched down at Moscow’s Sheremetyevo Airport, Overseas Terminal 2, and
had my passport stamped by an attractive brunette who said, “Welcome to my
country!” I wondered for a moment if that welcome will have to be accepted
literally in the near future. We shall see.

As I exited the Passport Control and customs, I almost felt at home – and safe.
A couple of individuals hawked for taxis, and another advised me that the
transfer to the domestic terminal was free and I should go to “that” counter.
My onward flight to Konigsberg was secured.

PS: The individuals I was supposed to meet at Amsterdam and Helsinki had
cancelled the treff a few days before. Coincidence? Of course!

Anyone who now says that Revisionists are imagining their own persecution have
proof that this legal persecution is real. It is world-wide, as currently
exemplified by Ernst Zundel’s senseless imprisonment.

Question: Who stands behind the enforcers of this ‘Holocaust’ dogma’religion?

I as again: What is my crime? Is it because I refuse to believe in the things
that I believe didn’t happen?

I have always been a law abiding citizen in whichever country I happen to find
myself. I have never distributed any so-called ‘ Holocaust’  material in
Germany, and the material on our website is there for those who are interested
in reading it. No-one is forced to look at that material, and if by accident
anyone stumbles on to it, then surely it is that person’s moral duty, that
person’s freedom of choice to either go on reading or switching off. That’s
what free speech is all about.

Nowhere have I been charged with any crime, except in Germany, the country of my
birth.

What individual mindset is it that seeks to criminalize thinking – and why? Can
it be reduced to that simplistic formula – battle of the wills? Over to you for
comments.
