The conceptual framework for the above emerged out of the International Military Tribunal that was set up to neutralise Germany as a superpower.
Since then, the recent establishing and funding by the USA of an International War Crimes Tribunal at Den Haag has seen the development of a partisan approach to the concept 'war crimes' and 'war criminals'.
Interestingly, establishing the United Nation's-sponsored War Crimes Tribunal in Rome, has been boycotted by the USA.
And still the hunt for so-called World War Two 'war criminals', headed by the Jewish Simon Wiesenthal Centres, continues unabated.
Again we have to ask the question: In whose interest is it? The answer is obvious: the Zionist, apartheid and racist state of Israel.
