          While touring the Smithsonian, I saw what looked like a swastika on the back of the prop spinner from the St Louise. 

Of course Charles Lindberg was a Nazi sympathiser, 

maybe this was how he hid his admiration secretly.

 But alas no, it must be my paranoia with all things Nazi. 

How could I possibly misinterpret that for a swastika, how vile of me!
