Now
with the holiday period waning and individuals getting back to routine we
also prepare for our quest to defend what little free expression we have
left in Australia and to seek the truth of any matter we consider
contentious - and to deflect hatred against Germans by rejecting any guilt
about the Jewish Holocaust-Shoah that some individuals still wish to impose
on Germans and anyone who cherishes a German heritage.
I
spent Christmas alone, something that can be quite daunting on account of
emotional baggage – but as one matures there is the realization that if we
do not have a home within our own mind, then we will never be happy with our
own company, something I consider to be a pre-requisite for a mindset that
does not wish to rely on scapegoating for getting through life … from
memory Shakespeare said something about not relying on the stars for us
being thus and thus but that the fault lies within ourselves!
The
following days and New Year’s Eve I spent with my extended family.
Interestingly, on 8 January just as we were farewelling guests from home, we
saw a young man in the street with an art folder trying to sell paintings.
We recognized him immediately as an Israeli. I viewed the pictures but found
the scenes depicted to be rather dark and not uplifting and the $190.- price
was much too high. Also, when I asked the young man if I could have his
contact details - a business card, an email address – he advised that he
had nothing on him and this seemed rather strange to me. As he walked off to
visit other homes in the street, I noticed a 4-wheel drive slowly stopping
near the intersection, the driver lighting a cigarette, then turning into
our street and parking near the end and waiting until the young man had
completed his task in covering all the homes.
Also
during the first few days of the New Year our Internet service provider of
over 12 years, exclusively Adelaide-based Adam Internet, had operational
problems thereby eliminating our website from the Internet. At the same time
our phone landline also malfunctioned and died. These two events happening
together justifiably seemed worrying for a number of individuals – but it
was not related to our current legal proceedings in the Federal Court of
Australia – FCA. In fact, after over a decade of faultless service this
was our first real technical interruption to our broadcast transmission. I
thank those individuals from around the world who made enquries about my
welfare, and I remind supporters that any suggestion of my fleeing from a
possible term of imprisonment is not on. Unlike Richard Wagner who fled from
Saxony to Switzerland to begin a new life there when he upset the
establishment with his vision of social justice, it is not possible in
today’s time for me to flee anywhere – the world is my prison, and so I
fearlessly face whatever will come my way.
I
would like to thank Hilde and Colleen for sending me for my RELAX time Andre
Rieu’s Dreaming and the ABC’s Great Classics – much appreciated
in times of stress, of which there was much towards the end of 2007.
Also,
let me personally thank the supporters who came through with financial
donations much needed to cover operational and legal expenses. A
big thank you to Christine, Christopher, David, Dagmar, George, Guy, Heinrich,
Helga, Helmut, Herman, Ida, Jane,
John, Joyce, Helen/Geoff, Ken, Len, Lila,

Spencer, Werner – for assisting in keeping our operations financially
viable. Although I still have some debt to eliminate before the next court
appearance, and our photocopier is giving up the ghost, again needing a new
drum, I sincerely thank you for this continued support. This association of
over 14 years has been very productive in that we have helped to expose the
Jewish mindset, among other things, that attempts to deprive us of life, as
Jeremy Jones stated publicly - that aims to stop us from functioning!
I
shall therefore honour the trust you have extended to me, and know that you
need to remain in the background for the duration of this fight. I recall
meeting Bernard Freedman of the Australian
Jewish News in Canberra when we began. The first question he asked me was:
Who is financing you? Where’s your money coming from? I think he was
disappointed to learn that we are operating on a shoe string, and had it not
been for your financial support and for David’s food supply, then I would
have closed shop a long time ago. We are definitely not a profitable venture.
A
belated thank you must also go to the USA where Elisabeth and Willis Carto and
Paul Angel realized the production of my book 40 Days in Teheran.
Here
is a brief run-down of what has been happening in the Federal Court of
Australia–FCA since my return from attending the 11-12 December 2006 Teheran
Holocaust Conference. As I mentioned elsewhere, had I not left Australia early
to attend the conference, then the arrest warrant asked for by Jeremy Jones on
5 December 2006 would certainly have prevented my departure for Iran.
One
reason why I agreed to offer an apology to the FCA was the financial pressure
of court costs being possibly awarded against me, which was lifted as part of
the apology. However, I was advised that if a pensioner, there is little that
can be taken away – yet, who can forget how Mrs Olga Scully was hounded into
voluntary bankruptcy when her persecutors came after their pound of flesh! You
see, there is nothing new when dealing with a mindset that is not prepared to
compromise, that is out, literally, to kill you – whose method of operating
is parasitical. BVut as Art Butz reminded us years ago, such individuals, who
don’t know when to stop pushing, will themselves die if they kill their host
who gives them life. As I said before, I don’t need Jones but he needs me to
keep his enterprise going.
The
other reason was that I have always been willing to remove material that
someone finds rude, crude or offensive generally. My barrister and I clearly
delineated the area the apology covered.
Now
my apology – made only to the Federal Court of Australia and not to Jeremy
Jones and his Executive Council of Australian Jewry – has become a
contentious matter. The Australian
Jewish News gloated over the apology and so I withdrew my apology and
stopped deleting the alleged offending material from Adelaide Institute’s
website.
Immediately
Jeremy Jones initiated a court hearing at which Justice Michael Moore assured
me that the apology extends only to particular items placed on our website and
not to my belief/world view system.
Having
had this matter clarified I continued to delete material until I arrived at an
item marked for deletion that was a link to an item on another website – the
WaybackMachine that saves all global Internet traffic. The apology did not
cover the removal of links to other websites, and in fact this linking was a
point canvassed specifically when I discussed the apology requirements with my
barrister, Mr Paul Charman. I was not to continue to write up and place on our
website material that the order mentioned, but that linking to such material
was considered to be in order.
And
so, what to do? I have now begun an action and issued a Notice of Motion in
the FCA that will be considered at the next Directions Hearing set down for 18
February 2008. Therein I will ask the presiding judge to open up/set aside the
Apology so that this new matter of placing Internet links on our website can
be re-considered because I certainly did not direct my apology to an Internet
website link. My aim is to retain my right to place links on our website to
whatever material I please – certainly not to be determined by the Jewish
mindset as exemplified by Jeremy Jones and the Executive Council of Australian
Jewry.
In
this respect I draw upon the Canadian experience in censorship where Jewish
organisations, via the Human Rights Commission, are also attempting to impose
censorship on those who refuse to bend to Jewish pressure by controlling what
Internet links individuals place on their websites. Arthur Topham of Radical
Press is one such individual who is standing up to Jewish pressure. My
comment, below, precedes that of Paul Fromm’s, followed by Arthur Topham’s
response to questions posed by the Canadian Human Rights Commission –
remember it’s the government body that for decades on behalf of Canada’s
organized Jewry hounded and legally persecuted Revisionist Ernst Zündel.

January 3, 2008, Arthur Topham, Editor of the Radical Press responded to yet
another politically motivated complaint - the type the Canadian Human Rights
Commission love. The complainant this time is Harry Abrams and the misnamed
League for "Human Rights" of B'nai Brith.
In
their typical Orwellian way, the CHRC demanded answers to 10 questions, whose
answers they will later use to send this case to a tribunal. From past
experience the only answers they care to see are that your responsible.
Whatever defence the victims puts up is just ignored. After all, with show
trials, a defence is of little help.

B’nai Brith Canada has filed a complaint with the Canadian Human Rights
Commission (CHRC) alleging that Arthur Topham, Owner, Publisher & Editor
of RadicalPress.com is promoting “hatred toward Jews and citizens of
Israel” because of articles on his website that are critical of Zionism and
the Jewish state of Israel.
Topham,
who has publishing both a hard copy newspaper and an online new site since
1998, said he received the complaint from the CHRC in an unmarked,
unregistered envelope November 20, 2008. Contained within was an assortment of
documents including a 3-page complaint from Abrams and B’nai Brith and a
directive from the CHRC to respond to the Commission by an arranged date.

on January 3, 2008 the RadicalPress.com publisher stated categorically,
“Harry Abrams and his partner in this complaint, the League for Human Rights
of B’nai Brith Canada are exploiting and abusing the intent of the Canadian
Human Rights Act for their own narrow, partisan, ideological purposes” –
ones which Topham strongly feels “are not designed to promote and ensure the
freedom of expression that the vast majority of Canadians demand and expect
but rather are meant to buttress and support the political aims of a foreign
state (Israel) of which these organizations are but political extensions.”
Topham
further emphasized the fact that there has been a dramatic increase in these
types of complaints to the CHRC by both the B’nai Brith and the Canadian
Jewish Congress (CJC) since September 11, 2001 when the attack on the World
Trade Center In New York city resulting in the loss of 3,000 lives. In the
aftermath of that horrid event Canada brought in its new Anti-terrorism Act,
c.41 on December 18th, 2001 and along with it came changes to Sec. 13 (1) of
the Canadian Human Rights Act which specifically deals with “hate
messages”. It is Topham’s
contention that both the B’nai Brith and the CJC played a significant role
in defining the new “Interpretation” of Sec. 13 (1) – one that now
allows both of these partisan groups to lay “hate crimes” complaints
against any Internet user or website owner who criticizes Israel’s Zionist
ideology and its racist policies toward the Palestinian people.
“It
is nothing but a last ditch attempt by these Israeli front organizations to
take control of the Internet in Canada and censor all dissenting opinions that
don’t support Israel or its Zionist policies,” Topham said. “It is
something the vast majority of Canadians are adamantly opposed to yet these
groups are becoming bolder by the minute and are now even riding roughshod
over Christian organizations, mainstream magazines like MacLeans and
alternative media outlets such as the Radical Press.
Topham
feels that “It is definitely time a thorough and impartial investigation was
carried out to determine the extent of their influence upon our judiciary and
our institutions in general. No individual group should be manipulating
Canada’s legal system for their own personal gain. Even CBC’s Rex Murphy
is taking a strong stand against quasi-judicial bodies like the CHRC and
seriously questioning their purpose and legitimacy as they become more and
more susceptible to the type of manipulation and abuse that we’re now seeing
spreading across the country.”
Topham
is firm in his intention to fight what he feels are spurious charges designed
to silence debate on issues vital to both national and global peace. “If we
cannot express our thoughts and ideas openly and freely,” he said, “then
the democratic principles upon which Canada was founded become meaningless and
dead and we might as well accept the fact that we are living in a communist
dictatorship rather than a true democracy.”

has finally gained his freedom. Now Jewish lawyer and Labor candidate at the

an apology to Australia’s Jewish community.

thoughts, which he would no doubt also like to censor. I see it as my

CONVICTED
terrorist David Hicks must renounce terrorism and anti-Semitism, human-rights
lawyer George Newhouse said last week.
Hicks,
32, was released from a South Australian prison last Saturday. He was charged
by a US military commission for supporting terrorism and received a seven-year
jail term, suspended for all but nine months, which he completed in Australia.
Five
years earlier, Hicks was captured by US troops in Afghanistan and taken to
Guantanamo Bay. There he was charged with various terrorism-related offences.
Newhouse
said that Hicks “needs to renounce the offensive and deeply anti-Semitic
views he has espoused previously. He needs to reassure Australian Jews that he
no longer wants to rob or kill them.”
Hicks, who
converted to Islam in 1999, allegedly told comrades at a guerrilla training
camp in Pakistan that he wanted to “go back to Australia and rob and kill
Jews”.
He
said that he wanted to “crash a plane into a building”, and “go out with
that last big adrenalin rush”, and that “if he were to go into a building
of Jews with an automatic weapon or as a suicide bomber”, he would want to
see the look on their faces before he kills them.
Newhouse
argued that despite restrictions preventing Hicks from talking to the media
about his crimes, he should still be able to publicly renounce terrorism and
anti-Semitism.
The
lawyer, who fought for two wrongly deported Australians, Vivian Alvarez and
Cornelia Rau, and who is currently representing a 64-year-old woman who was
subjected to a painful body search after police mistook her for a drug dealer,
added that Australians are faced with a difficult conundrum because while
Hicks did admit to supporting terrorism, it did take a long time for his case
to be heard.
“His
actions were violent and his philosophy offensive [emphasis added by AI]
but the delay in bringing him to justice took too long,” Newhouse said.

is good to see that such examples of free expression suppression are in the
public domain because this illustrates how a Jewish conspiracy operates that
aims to censor the Internet activities of those individuals who refuse to
adopt a Jewish mind-set, a Jewish world-view framed by Talmud and Torah
thought-patterns and saturated with Holocaust-Shoah beliefs.
In
the following articles it becomes evident that the Jewish Holocaust-Shoah
and the 9:11 official conspiracy theory are
distorting our normal healthy understanding of what life is all about and
twisting our value systems. When archives lock up details of historical
events, then it is not possible to understand events that unfold before our

through legal persecution – our our thinking processes are switched off.

Voices on Recording May Not Have Been From Iranian Speedboats.
Chilling
Threat Could Have Come From the Shore or Another Ship, Navy Says.

Just
two days after the U.S. Navy released the eerie video of Iranian speedboats
swarming around American warships, which featured a chilling threat in
English, the Navy is saying that the voice on the tape could have come from
the shore or from another ship.
The
near-clash occurred over the weekend in the Strait of Hormuz. On the
U.S.-released recording, a voice can be heard saying to the Americans, "I
am coming to you. You will explode after a few minutes."
The
Navy never said specifically where the voices came from, but many were left
with the impression they had come from the speedboats because of the way the
Navy footage was edited.
Today,
the spokesperson for the U.S. admiral in charge of the Fifth Fleet clarified
to ABC News that the threat may have come from the Iranian boats, or it may
have come from somewhere else.
We're
saying that we cannot make a direct connection to the boats there," said
the spokesperson. "It could have come from the shore, from another ship
passing by. However, it happened in the middle of all the very unusual
activity, so as we assess the information and situation, we still put it in
the total aggregate of what happened
Sunday
morning. I guess we're not saying that it absolutely came from the boats, but
we're not saying it absolutely didn't."
The
Iranians have denied using the threatening language and are saying
U.S.-released video is fabricated. Today, the Iranian government aired its own
video of the event on state-run TV there. On the audio, the voice that the
Iranians say is the communication from their vessel can be heard identifying
itself to the American ship, "Coalition warship No. 73 this is an Iranian
navy patrol boat."
The
incident ended without shots being fired, but senior defense officials told
ABC News that the USS Hopper's gunners were within seconds of firing on the

reveals Vietnam War hoaxes, faked attacks

Vietnamese made hoax calls to get the US military to bomb its own units during
the Vietnam War, according to declassified information
that also confirmed US officials
faked an incident to escalate the war.
The
report was released by the National Security Agency, responsible for much of
the United States' codebreaking and eavesdropping work, in response to a
"mandatory declassification" request, the Federation of American
Scientists (FAS) said Monday.
From
the first intercepted cable -a 1945 message from Vietnamese leader Ho Chi Minh
to his Russian counterpart Joseph Stalin -- to the final evacuation of US
spies from Saigon, the 500-page report retold Vietnam War history from the
perspective of "signals intelligence," the group said in a
statement.
During
the war, North Vietnamese intelligence units sometimes succeeded in
penetrating US communications systems, and they could monitor American message
traffic from within, according to the report "Spartans in Darkness."
On
several occasions "the communists were able, by communicating on Allied
radio nets, to call in Allied artillery or air strikes on American
units," it said.
"That's
something I have never heard before," Steven Aftergood, director of the
FAS project on government secrecy, told AFP.
But
he said that probably the "most historically significant feature" of
the declassified report was the retelling of the 1964 Gulf of Tonkin incident.
That
was a reported North Vietnamese attack on American destroyers that helped lead
to president Lyndon Johnson's sharp escalation of American forces in Vietnam.
The
author of the report "demonstrates that not only is it not true, as (then
US) secretary of defense Robert McNamara told Congress, that the evidence of
an attack was 'unimpeachable,' but that to the contrary, a review of the
classified signals intelligence proves that 'no attack happened that

Columbia
professors plan to visit Iran to apologize to Ahmadinejad

YORK (MNA) – An academic delegation of Columbia University professors and
deans of faculties plans to visit Tehran to officially apologize to Iranian
President Mahmud Ahmadinejad. The delegation plans to express regret for the
insulting remarks Columbia University President Lee Bollinger directed at
Ahmadinejad on September 24 in his introductory speech, the Mehr News Agency
correspondent in New York reported.
Since
the incident, the deans and professors from the faculties of history,
anthropology, Middle Eastern studies, philosophy, and Islamic studies have
criticized Bollinger’s behavior toward Ahmadinejad.
A
member of the delegation, who requested anonymity, said the main goal of the
visit is to meet the Iranian president and officially apologize to him. “The
delegation has also prepared its itinerary,” he noted. He went on to say
that the delegation also plans to visit Iranian universities in various cities
and to hold talks with professors and students, and may even sign memoranda of
understanding with some universities. He also said the delegation is
interested in visiting seminaries and the shrine city of Qom.
However,
Bollinger has warned the delegation that their trip to Iran should be a
private visit and should not be undertaken as an official visit endorsed by
the university.
Bollinger
has so far refused to meet the Mehr News Agency correspondent to explain his
disrespectful behavior toward Ahmadinejad when introducing him to the students
and professors at Columbia.

Gulf incident part of U.S. psyops: Majlis speaker
TEHRAN,
Jan. 8 (MNA) – Majlis Speaker Gholam-Ali Haddad-Adel has described U.S.
reports about a confrontation between Iranian speedboats and U.S. warships in
the Persian Gulf as “part of a psychological and propaganda campaign against
the Islamic Republic.”
U.S.
defense officials on Sunday accused Iranian naval forces of threatening to
blow up U.S. warships in the Strait of Hormuz, a charge Iranian officials
vehemently denied.
“We
have always shown that we believe in peace and avoiding tension, and we
presume that the U.S. media propaganda is part of its psychological and
propaganda campaign, which it is continuously conducting against Iran,”
Haddad-Adel told reporters on Tuesday. “If one side should charge others of
meddling in this region, that side would be Iran, because, unlike the
Americans, who came from thousands of kilometers away and stationed their navy
ships in the Persian Gulf, we are a natural neighbor of this waterway.”
Foreign
Ministry spokesman Mohammad-Ali Hosseini also played down the incident, saying
it was an issue of mistaken identity. “This happens between the two sides
every once in a while, and after the two sides identify each other, the issue
is resolved.” The incident was “similar to previous ones” that were
resolved “once the two sides recognized each other,” Hosseini explained.
However,
U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice described the incident as
“provocative” and “dangerous. It was provocative, and that kind of
provocation is dangerous. I would sincerely hope that the Iranians would
refrain from any such activity,” Rice told the BBC Arabic service.

have always sensed an affiliation with the German nation which went beyond the

Greek neo-Nazi

ATHENS
(EJP)-A militant Greek neo-Nazi was sentenced to a 14-month suspended sentence
on Thursday for inciting to hatred with his book denying the Holocaust.
After
four days of trial, Costas Plevris, a lawyer, writer and presenter of a
marginal TV station, was found guilty of inciting to hatred with his 1,400
page book titled Jews: the Whole Truth
denying the Holocaust and containing offensive references to Jews.
In
his book, the author writes: “To
begin with, I declare that I am a Nazi, a fascist, a racist, an anti-democrat,
an anti-Semite. Jews are mortal enemies and deserve the firing squad."
It
was Greece’s
first such trial under a anti-discrimination law passed in 1979.
Once
Plevris’
book was published in May 2006, the Greek Helsinki Monitor, an NGO that
monitors human rights in Greece, immediately filled a complaint against him
under the law.
"We
thank the Greek justice system for its dignity and for demonstrating that we
truly live in a democratic society," Moses Costantinis, president of the
Central Board of Jews of Greece, said after the trial.
Panayote
Dimitras, from the Greek human rights organisation that initiated the case,
called the judgement "historic".
Leaders
of the umbrella group Central Board of Jewish communities in Greece (CJBG)
testified at the court that the book has led to a spike in attacks on Jewish
monuments in the country.
"After
the book was published, attacks against Jewish sites increased," said
Moses Costantinis, head of the Board, said.
On
trial together with Plevris, the publisher, the editor and a journalist of the
extreme-right weekly newspaper Elefteros
Kosmos were found not guilty.
Benjamin
Albalas, head of the Jewish Community of Athens, said before the court that
the book "incites violence and encourages people to kill us."
Defence
lawyers said their clients were being persecuted for freely expressing their
views.
The
Jewish community saw the trial as a key test of the Greek authorities’
determination to deal with anti-Semitism and Holocaust denial.

Töben
pulls apology, denial material remains on website

DESPITE
a last-minute reversal, Adelaide Holocaust denier Dr Fredrick Töben will be
held to an order from the Federal Court of Australia last week that he remove
all material denying the Holocaust from his Adelaide Institute website by 4 pm
on Wednesday (December 5).
Executive
Council of Australian Jewry (ECAJ)'s Jeremy Jones, the successful applicant in
a Federal Court of Australia hearing, told The AJN this week that Dr Töben's
apparent backdown from an apology he gave for his contempt of court last
Tuesday did not alter the circumstances.
Dr
Töben gave an unqualified apology to an Adelaide sitting of the Federal Court
before Justice Michael Moore last Tuesday for being in contempt of a 2002
Federal Court order to remove offending material from the website. But writing
on his website, he has since withdrawn the apology and has announced a halt to
removing Holocaust denial material from the website.
In
a posting, Dr Töben referred to last week's story in The AJN and stated:
"If the... interpretation is consistent with the consent order, then I
hereby publicly state I am withdrawing from the consent agreement, and
although I have begun deleting material from the website, as part of the
undertaking given to the court and to the applicant, I am now stopping this
action."
Jones
told The AJN that Dr Töben's court statement "acknowledged that he had
been in breach of orders and now what he is doing is stating there that he
will be in contempt of further orders".
Justice
Moore last Tuesday set February 28 as a provisional date on which the court
would reconvene if Dr Töben had not complied with the December 5 deadline but
Jones said he hopes the court will examine any breaches earlier than that.

THE
Federal Court is due to re-hear an application by the Executive Council of
Australian
Jewry (ECAJ) against Adelaide Holocaust denier Dr Fredrick Töben,
with a date to be set on Wednesday.
Dr
Töben
has failed to comply with a December 5 deadline set by the court in Sydney
last month for him to remove all Holocaust denial material from the website of
his Adelaide Institute.
He was given that deadline by Justice Michael Moore of the Federal Court at a
November 27 hearing.
At
that hearing, Dr Töben
made an apology for ignoring the court's 2002 ruling to remove Holocaust
denial material from his website and to not replace it with new material.
But
some days later he retracted his apology and also announced on his website
that he would halt the removal of material.
Lawyer
Steven Lewis of legal firm Slater & Gordon, representing the ECAJ, told
The AJN: "He has masked certain parts of it. The orders required him to
take down all the material and he hasn't."
Dr
Töben
has made comments on his website about an AJN story reporting his apology to
the court. In an article titled Bending To Jewish Pressure, he accused the
newspaper of "gloating about the settlement".
The
Adelaide revisionist, who addressed Iran's notorious Holocaust denial
conference in December last year, was to take part in this week's directions
court hearing by video link.

you expand on this thought and present it to help the court understand the way
the public is programmed by the media to believe irrational ideas when, if
they thought independently, they would believe something different?
Rather
than being "hurt" when Fred Toben publishes evidence that in WW2
Germans did not kill six million Jews, Jeremy Jones and other Jewish people
should be delighted and grateful to Mr Toben for showing their relatives did
not die but were misplaced during the social upheavals during and after the
war.
Rather
than charging Mr. Toben with hurting them, Mr. Jones and other Jews should be
congratulating Tobin and sending him money to continue writing and publishing
which will give hope to Jewish people who search the internet for previously
believed lost relatives.

was severely vilified in the media for bringing this unknown genocide to the
