2. Right of Return: Its Legal and Moral Principle.

Prof Dr Jallaluddin Rachmat, stressed the importance of having this conference so that we can express our solidarity with the Palestinians and their Nakba.

Egyptian Member of Parliament and Islamic Brotherhood, Dr Ahmed Diab, celebrated the valiant Palestinians who have for so many decades fought the Zionist enemy. He stated that all Palestinians have a right of return and that a clear program to enable such a return be implemented.

Nur Kholis summed up the legal problem as the lesser of to that of solving the territorial problem.

Dr Daud Absullah stated the Palestinians have a right of return and that they have a right to claim their lost property or that they are compensated for any loss they have suffered as a result of having become refugees.

3. One or Two State Solution: The Quest for Equality.

Rania Madi, who currently lives in Switzerland, passionately presented her personal quest to ‘go home’ to Palestine. She did not share the view that the Holocaust-Shoah was significant to Palestinians with which Norwegian, Dr Ali Trond Linstad, agreed.

The appearance of Rabbi Ahron Cohen as a speaker who supported the one-state solution was warmly welcomed by all, and his explanation that those who claim to be Jewish and who support the Zionist state are, in fact, not Jewish because they have strayed from the original religious teachings that stress Jews must not have a physical country for themselves, this being a command given by God to the Jewish people, i.e. not until God commands it, hence the irreligious-secular Zionists have broken God’s command.

4. Referendum by Native Palestinians: Resolving Conflict over the Historic Palestine.

All speakers agreed that Palestinian cause can be helped through boycotting Israel and by collecting money for the Palestinians.. Maulana Ikhsan Hindrix stressed in no uncertain terms that the last referendum was 60 years ago, which had been cruel and oppressive and that there is no need for another referendum. He mentioned what happened during apartheid South Africa where he was not free and lived in fear of apartheid. But there was a significant difference in that during apartheid no mosques were ever destroyed as the Zionists are destroying Palestinian buildings and mosques, and the apartheid regime accepted the right to land. The Zionists have never acknowledged the Palestinian right to land.

He raised the significant point about acknowledging the Holocaust-Shoah, but only if al Nakba is also acknowledged.

Dr Masoud Sadjareh claimed that the world stopped Nazism and apartheid and now it had to stop Zionism.

Dr Luthfi Zuhdi referred to the disastrous 1993 Oslo Agreement involving Yasser Arafat, Yitzhak Rabin and Bill Clinton where the PLO agreed to UN Resolution 2242 that reduced Palestine to Gaza and West Bank, something Hamas refused to accept. He clearly stated that Israel mis-uses the Holocaust for sympathy purposes, something the Islamic Republic of Iran stresses in its attempt to resolve the Palestinian Nakba.

5. Right of Resistance: It’s Legal and Moral Principle

The speakers stressed the importance of Islam as a unifying factor for helping the Palestinians gain statehood, something that does not mean Jews cannot live within a Palestinian state. It is written in the Qur’an, said Imam Ibrahim Gabriel, that it is every Muslim’s duty and responsibility to help Palestinians gain independence and freedom from Zionist oppression. The international community must support the fight against the racist Zionist state of Israel. Unfortunately, so stated Imam Muhammed al-Asi, the UN appears to be powerless against the might of the USA and against the nuclear-armed Zionist state of Israel.

Dr Ousmane Shankhare pointed out the value of Islam as a guiding force for the Palestinian cause, and united the Muslim world will defeat Zionism.

Fredrick Töben stressed that it is legitimate to equate the Palestinian plight with that of the Germans who let themselves be oppressed by the Jewish Holocaust-Shoah lies. Not all conference attendees wished to think about the common denominator that exists between the oppressed Palestinians and Germans. Israel uses the Holocaust-Shoah as a shield and sword, and so the Revisionists’ arguments would demolish any reason for the existence of the Zionists state thereby liberating Palestine from Zionist oppression. The use of the following words limits free expression and puts individuals into conceptual prisons: hater, Holocaust denier, antisemite, racist, Nazi, xenophobe, terrorist.

As Australian Peter Meyers puts it: “How credible is it then to argue that Nazis and Fascists are running the world? It is not. The Political Correctness and Thought Control of our time is Left, not Right. Gay Marriage, the Feminist sex-war against men, Open Border immigration & trade, Hollywood decadence, and the World Court - all these would be anathema to Hitler. Why then say that he’s running the show? This kind of analysis is not only intellectually erroneous and misleading, but also shows a lack of courage.”

To that Töben added: “Remember, Adolf Hitler’s only crime was to disconnect from the international capitalist system, just as Iraq, Iran, North Korea and Zimbabwe did. We now know that internationalists hate people to be free of financial enslavement.”

How ridiculous it has become to invoke the Nazi analogy has become apparent when we see satirists make use of it in the following:

6. What can Indonesia society do for supporting peace in the historic Palestine within the basis of Palestinians Right of Return?

All speakers agreed that the Palestinians are at war with the Zionist state and not with the Jewish people. It was stressed by Abdillah Toha, a Member of the Indonesian Parliament, that owing to Indonesia’s small military and economic resources, it could not really do too much to help the Palestinians. He emphasized that the UN had become controlled by American and Zionist interests, pointing out that over 60 Security Council resolutions called upon the world to sanction Israel but the USA veoted each one. As Indonesia has a good working relationship with both the major Palestinian factions, Hamas and Fatah, and this enables Indonesia to play a significant mediation role in the internal Palestinian conflict.

At the conclusion of the conference the organizer, Prof Dr Mujtahid Hashem, co-coordinator of the Voice of Palestine, presented the six points of the resolution agreed upon:

1. Israel should be subjected to an economic and diplomatic boycott.

2. The international community should take Israel to the world court for its behavior towards the Palestinians.

3. All Palestinians should be granted a Right-of-Return based on the UN Resolution 194.

4. There is to be one state solution, a Palestinian state that embraces all three religions and various ethnic groups.

5. Indonesia’s position as being the largest Muslim nation in the world should participate in any peace negotiations between Israel and Palestine that the USA may sponsor.

6. Develop an international network of organizations that support the Palestinian people’s right to an independent state free of Zionist-Israel occupation.

Former Iranian president Mohammad Khatami has accepted an invitation from Melbourne University to headline an interfaith conference in June to discuss the Middle East conflict. Mr Khatami will be the first former or current Iranian head of state to visit Australia. The 64-year-old leader – who completed his second term as the president of the Islamic Republic of Iran in 2005 – has been invited to deliver a keynote speech at the annual Globalisation for the Common Good conference, which will be hosted by Melbourne University.

Conference organisers last night told The Weekend Australian Mr Khatami was expected in Melbourne for the five-day event. “He has accepted an invitation,” conference convenor Ruwan Palapathwala said. “He has told us that he is coming.” Dr Palapathwala said the former president was invited because he was nconsidered a moderate but respected voice in the Middle Eastern debate. “We saw him as the most prominent moderate speaker who can make a significant contribution about the conflict in the Middle East and seeing the conflict as a conflict of civilisation.” It is understood the Rudd Government was yet to schedule any formal appointment with Mr Khatami.

However, it would be remarkable if the former president of so powerful and important a nation as Iran were not seen by at least the Foreign Minister, and perhaps the Prime Minister. Iran, and concerns about its apparent efforts to obtain nuclear weapons, remain at the top of the international security agenda.

Conference manager at Melbourne University’s Trinity College, Mark Gordon, said at least 100 senior religious leaders from around the world from denominations including Islam, Judaism and Hinduism were expected to attend the seventh annual event was launched by Britain’s Oxford University in 2002. He said several leaders had already registered.

Mr Khatami was the hope of the international community within Iranian politics. He was succeeded by Mahmoud Ahmadinejad who’s been openly hostile towards the West and called for the destruction of Israel. Mr Khatami was seen as a moderate eager to liberalise life for ordinary Iranians and who was open to dialogue with the West, especially the US.

On its website the international five-day conference, to be held in Australia for the first time between June 30 and July 4, lists among its objuectives, “in-depth discussions on the Middle East an Asia-Pacific regions.”

ELEANOR HALL: It’s now the US Republican nominee for President, Senator John McCain who is having trouble with his religious associates.

Last month the Democrat's Senator Barrack Obama distanced himself from his fiery pastor and from comments that were perceived as racist. Now Senator McCain has rejected the endorsement of a reverend who said Hitler did God's will.
David Mark has our report.

DAVID MARK: Both sides of US politics are learning there are skeletons in every closet.

The likely Democratic presidential nominee, Senator Barack Obama has been forced to denounce the racially charged comments of his former pastor, Jeremiah Wright.

The Republican nominee, Senator John McCain has been making mileage out of Barack Obama's political embarrassment, but he has now been forced into his own back-flip.
John McCain actively sought the endorsement of the fire and brimstone influential TV evangelist, John Hagee, to shore up his support with right-wing Christian fundamentalists.

But the move backfired when audio of a sermon Pastor Hagee gave in the 90s emerged on the Internet in which he argued the holocaust was God's way of bringing the Jews back to Israel.

JOHN HAGEE: God says in Jeremiah 16, “Behold! I will bring them the Jewish people, again into the land that I gave unto their fathers. Behold! I will send for many fishers and after will I send for many hunters. And they the hunters shall hunt them, that will be the Jews, then God sent a hunter. A hunter is someone who comes with a gun and he forces. Hitler was a hunter”.

DAVID MARK: The embarrassment was too much for Senator McCain who put out this statement today rejecting the endorsement.
JOHN MCCAIN (voiceover): Obviously, I find these remarks and others deeply offensive and indefensible. And I repudiate them. I did not know of them before Reverend Hagee's endorsement and I feel I must reject his endorsement as well.

DAVID MARK: John Hagee says he was misinterpreted and claims he is not condoning the Holocaust.

He has now withdrawn his endorsement of Senator McCain, saying in a statement, “I am tired of these baseless attacks and fear that they have become a distraction in what should be a national debate about important issues”.

He's right - at least about the distraction - says Henry Brady, a professor of political science and public policy at the University of California.

HENRY BRADY: I think it's very embarrassing given that John McCain was talking a lot about Jeremiah Wright, and what Jeremiah Wright had been saying.

And how Barack Obama was really not doing the right thing in terms of accepting the endorsement of Jeremiah Wright and so forth. And Barack Obama had to really renounce even to a greater extent, Jeremiah Wright.

DAVID MARK: Why was Senator McCain so keen for this endorsement in the first place?

HENRY BRADY: Well Hagee represents a lot of fundamentalist Christians in America, and so he provides John McCain with some help on the part of the party that he has had trouble with, which is the fundamentalist Christians who were not sure about his candidacy and thought that he was too far towards the centre, and frankly too moderate.

DAVID MARK: Does it make it more difficult for him now to get the support of the far right fundamentalists that you were talking about?

HENRY BRADY: I don't think it actually does that so much. I think it's something that'll be discussed within that community.
But the comments that John Hagee has made are pretty outrageous. And I think that even many in that movement would find them to be on the pale.

It doesn't help John McCain in that regard, but I think the problems with that group for John McCain actually run much deeper and have to do with some of the votes he has taken along the way and some of the positions he has had.
DAVID MARK: You've mentioned Barack Obama's problems with Jeremiah Wright, but Senator McCain is trying to get onto the front foot in saying that he was never a member of John Hagee's flock whereas Barack Obama was a member of Jeremiah Wright's flock. Will the American public get that nuance?
HENRY BRADY: Well some people may. But it seems to me that's really inside baseball.

For most people it'll be there was this crazy guy who Barack Obama was associated with, and there's this crazy guy that John McCain was associated with, and both of them have their problems.
And I think that's the bottom line for most people. And so it won't help either candidate particularly.

ELEANOR HALL: The University of California's Professor Henry Brady, ending that report by David Mark.

Top intelligence officers rarely reveal secret strings, pulling the nation's political mechanism. Publication of a book like The German card. The obscure game of secret services, authored by Gerd-Helmut Komossa (Gerd-Helmut Komossa. DIE DEUTSCHE KARTE. Das verdeckte Spiel der geheimen Dienste. Ares-Verlag, Graz 2007. – 230 S.), is an exceptional occurrence. Raising very sensitive issues, the author appeals to the core of German identity that had been deliberately suppressed for decades by the United States and its allies.

The book is focused on contradictions between the United States and Germany, sometimes very strong but not supposed to be discussed in public. It was published in Austria, and its distribution in Germany may encounter certain difficulties today. Still, the very fact of its appearance indicates that the German intelligence community is increasingly dissatisfied with the role of a vassal of the United States (the definition applied to Europe by Zbigniew Brzezinski), imposed on Western Germany after World War II.

Gerd-Helmut Komossa reveals the uncomfortable truth about the post-war conditions, dictated by the US and its allies. The state treaty, dated May 21, 1949 and classified by BND as top secret, suggests restrictions of state sovereignty of the Federal Republic of Germany, introduced for a period until 2099. These restrictions include the provision that the winning coalition exercise complete control over Germany's mass media and communications; that every Federal Chancellor is to sign the so-called Chancellor Act; that the gold reserve of Germany is kept under arrest.

In fact, all the German Chancellors, including the incumbent Chancellor Angela Merkel, pay their first foreign visit necessarily to the United States. The whole spectrum of German political parties is supervised by a special Washington-based controlling body, while local US-licensed media serve as a more sophisticated means of brainwashing than the Nazi propagandist machine. Meanwhile, Germany's territory is still occupied by US troops.

This astonishing picture is not a fancy concoction of a political leftist. It is drawn by a military man whose mind has accumulated the experience of several crucial stages of development of the European civilization and Germany in particular. Gen. (Ret.) Gerd-Helmut Komossa took part in World War II and later in the Cold War. Possessing huge amounts of information, he analyzes the existing mechanisms of global policy with strong criticism.

Joining the Wehrmacht in 1943 as a volunteer, Komossa served at the Eastern front. Between May 1945 and April 1949, he was a prisoner of war. In the USSR, he got acquainted with many Russians who appeared to be quite different from the image imposed by the official Nazi propaganda.

Since 1956, he served in the German Bundeswehr, re-established under certain conditions. The abovementioned secret treaty admitted that the German sovereignty is sufficient for the right to build up military forces. According to the Constitution, the troops of the Federal Republic of Germany are carrying put exceptionally defensive functions. However, the Western coalition was pursuing different goals. It needed an army in new uniforms but with the same skills as the Nazi soldiers, perfectly fighting on land, on sea and in the air, and irrecusably abiding orders. Such a type of soldier was essential not only for the occasion of possible military collision with the Soviet bloc but also for fulfilling global missions. The coalition required at least 500,000 German soldiers. In addition, the newly-built army was supposed to purchase weapons and materiel solely from the United States.

During the last two decades, Washington has been trying to force Germany into military partnership in globalistic control. However, the massive effort to get Germany involved in US operations in Somali and Bosnia, as well as in campaigns in Serbia, Iraq and Afghanistan, has brought about a reverse result, sparking a shift in approach in German strategic circles. The implicit discontent with American policy and essential difference in views on the role of the German people in current history eventually reached a critical dimension.

Since mid-1990s, the attitude of many German military to the United States, and significantly also towards NATO, has essentially changed. Though most of the German officers were not originally inclined against America, a lot of them being educated in the United States, they are now experiencing disappointment and even disgust with Washington's policies. These officers realize that the hegemonistic policy is destined for destruction of socioeconomic systems of particular nations and whole regions, while the so-called order Washington is trying to impose is just a synonym for chaos.

Gerd-Helmut Komossa, in his former capacity of MAD (Military Counterintelligence) Director, was frequently called "a soldier with political thinking". Today, he openly denounces the Bundeswehr's involvement in foreign interventions, referring to the army's constitutional duties.

Meanwhile, Washington urges Germans to go fighting. Conceding to the pressure, Berlin deployed a contingent of troops to Afghanistan. But even this was not sufficient for NATO bosses. Recently, NATO General Secretary Jaap de Hoop Scheffer accused the Bundeswehr of idleness in military operations in the region, and insisted that Germany "increase flexibility" and expand its military mission to the southern regions of Afghanistan.

In his book, Komossa inquires whether the state of affairs when young Germans are recruited in the national army for fulfilling overseas goals for other nations, could be acceptable. The map of operations, supposed to involve German troops, far exceeds the European continent, and has nothing to do with German national interests. "Do Germans expect this from the Bundeswehr? Would they like their soldiers to be called assassins again?" he asks.

However, the United States and its allies don't care much for moral problems. As the secret treaty is valid until 2099, Germans are supposed to go and fight where they are told to.

The German audience will require certain time to digest the shocking information disclosed by General Komossa. But eventually, the nation with a great cultural and historical tradition will hardly agree to continue tolerating the American loop on its throat for decades more.

The publication of Komossa's "German Card" is one more proof of the world's transformation into a multipolar system. It indicates that Germany is likely to achieve complete sovereignty without waiting for eighty years.

Australian says he's not guilty of war crimes Wednesday May 21, 2008 6:28am BST

CANBERRA (Reuters) - An Australian citizen accused of Nazi war crimes in Hungary in 1944 has appeared on Australian television to say he is innocent.

Hungarian-born Charles Zentai, 87, who migrated to Australia in 1950, is wanted in Hungary over the fatal beating of Jewish teenager Peter Balazs in Budapest in November 1944.

"I'm innocent of that accusation," Zentai told Australian Broadcasting Corporation television.

"As a soldier I just had to carry out orders and, but none of those orders I was given had anything to do with rounding up Jews or torturing them or anything like that," he added.

At the time Zentai was a 23-year-old warrant officer in the pro-Nazi Hungarian military, but argues he left Budapest with his regiment the day before the murder.

Hungary formally applied for Zentai's extradition in March 2005, and he was arrested by Australian police in July that year, starting a long running legal challenge against moves to send him to Budapest to face trial.

Under Australian law, a person facing overseas charges on war crimes must first face a committal hearing before an Australian magistrate to determine whether there is enough evidence to warrant extradition.

Zentai challenged those laws in Australia's High Court, which dismissed his case last month and ruled the committal hearing could proceed before a magistrate in the Western Australia state capital of Perth. The Perth Magistrate's Court on Monday said the case would be heard in August.

Zentai's family has argued their father, a retired mental health nurse, would not survive extradition due to frail health, and that evidence obtained in 1947, from two other men who were convicted of the crime, was obtained through duress and torture.

In 9/11 truth news, former Minnesota Governor Jesse Ventura has slammed the 9/11 coverup and the silencing of patriots who seek the truth. In a recent interview on the Alex Jones show, Ventura reiterated his earlier statements about the apparent controlled demolition of the World Trade Center, and added: "How come we're not allowed to ask any questions today? I can't believe how I simply asked some questions and the way you're attacked....has our country really become that - that you're not even allowed to publicly question the government." Governor Ventura also made similar comments yesterday on the Howard Stern show. And in a No Lies Headlines exclusive, Governor Jesse Ventura will be appearing in an upcoming discussion of the politics of 9/11 truth and other so-called "conspiracy theories" on Richard Greene's Air America show Clout, along with congressional candidate Kevin Barrett, Dr. James Fetzer, and others. The interview is tentatively scheduled for June 12th.

In false-flag news, The Nation magazine has published an article warning that a new 9/11 inside job is being set up to demonize Pakistan and launch a US invasion. The article by Pakistani correspondent Ghulam Asrar Khan states that "another Twin Towers like drama is being planned in which Pakistan is the villain apparent while the US-installed Afghan president is ruling the roost."

In war-for-Israel news, the Israeli newspaper Haaretz has reported that Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert wants the US to impose a naval blockade on Iran, in hopes of pressuring Iran into stopping its uranium enrichment program. Olmert reportedly proposed the blockade to House Speaker and impeachment-blockader Nancy Pelosi, who appears to be wholly owned and operated by the Israeli lobby, yet has not officially registered as the agent of a foreign power as required by law. Pelosi's opposition to the impeachment of 9/11 war criminals Cheney and Bush has been widely attributed to her fealty to the Zionist lobby, which strongly supported the 9/11 wars. Olmert's proposal that the US should blockade Iran on behalf of Israel strikes many observers as bizarre, since it is Israel, not Iran, that has flouted international law by building roughly 400 nuclear weapons, while Iran remains a signatory in good standing of the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty and has built exactly zero nuclear weapons, while showing no evidence of having a nuclear weapons program, according to a recent US military report, International Atomic Energy Agency chief Mohammad El-Baradei, and virtually everyone else. Even so, US Army Radio has reported that U.S. President George W. Bush intends to attack Iran before the end of his term in January.

In more news from Occupied Palestine, three Israeli servicemen who murdered an unarmed Palestinian at a picnic have been sentenced to ten days in jail. Israeli authorities gave no explanation for the unusually severe sentence.

Meanwhile, ABC News reports that an innocent victim of Cheney's sex torture gulag has told members of Congress about the horrific torture he endured during almost five years of US custody. In war-on-Iran-for-Israel news, the Kuwait News Agency is reporting that the director general of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Mohammad El-Baradei has said that there is no evidence that Iran has a nuclear weapons program. El-Baradei also said that the Arab-Israeli conflict is the core issue behind the problems in the Middle East.

According to a recent report from the intelligence website Debka File, Iran's Press TV, and other sources, however, the current US administration may be an even bigger problem than the current Israeli administration. According to various reports, Israeli sources claim the White House had given the green light to Israel to attack Lebanon's Hezbollah on May 11th. The sources said that, on May 10, the US government urged the Israeli army to launch a fierce military strike on Southern and Western Beirut as well as other Lebanese regions. The report said US president George W. Bush had promised not to postpone his May 14 visit to Israel even if the Israeli army was still fighting in Lebanon and Hezbollah struck back against Tel Aviv and Ben-Gurion airport.

The possibility that Cheney's White House, more than Israel's current administration, is pushing for all-out war in the Mideast is also supported by a recent report on Army Radio that Bush and Cheney plan to attack Iran before the end of their term. The White House, of course, has denied the report.

In war on freedom news, PrisonPlanet.com reports that the New York Times is celebrating the rising number of Americans who are snitching on their own family members as well as their friends and neighbors...and being handsomely paid for it. TIPS "snitch for cash" programs reminiscent of East German Stasi secret police practices are springing up around the country, and the New York Times apparently loves it. Let's hope a family member of New York Times publisher Arthur Ochs Sulzberger, Jr. turns him in for 9/11 high treason, war crimes, and crimes against humanity.

In honest politicians news - and no, that is not an oxymoron like "military intelligence" and "jumbo shrimp" - Republican antiwar maverick Ron Paul is continuing his run for president despite the major media blackout of his candidacy, and despite being blackballed by his own party. Ron Paul refuses to endorse McCain, and his supporters are overrunning caucuses and planning to make their presence felt at the Republican convention next September. Since the Republican Party lemmings seem bent on committing political suicide by following Cheney's neocons right over the cliff, informed sources suggest that Dr. Paul's supporters may gravitate toward the Libertarian Party, which is poised to take over as America's leading moderate-to-conservative party after the Republican party finishes its self-immolation.

In more evidence that guns cannot solve all of the world's problems, the Dallas News is reporting that a Fort Worth man trying to scratch an itch on his back used a revolver and accidentally shot himself. The incident happened while the man was drinking beer and playing poker around 3 a.m. Police explained: “He told officers he had an itch on his back and grabbed the first thing he could get a hold of, which was a revolver. The gun went off." The man was later treated for non-life-threatening injuries.

In a normal republic I would probably have raised an army and overthrown them. It will take a hundred years to put it all back. Those neocons, lawyers, the big corporations – worse than that, extremists – want to get rid of the great power of oversight of the executive. See what they’ll try to do to Obama. They’re crooks. They’re just gangsters. They are the enemy of the United States. There’s no such thing as a war on terrorism. It’s idiotic. There are slogans. It’s advertising, which is the only art form we’ve invented and developed. It’s lies.” In the same interview, Vidal said Obama is a better leader than JFK, and claimed that Hilary is "insane" to stay in the race.

In more news about the idiotic lies otherwise known a the "war on terror," and the enemies of the United States who tell them...an Israeli-run propaganda outfit calling itself the "Site Intelligence Group" is whining about the Bush Administration releasing its bogus Osama video before its official release date, according to the Washington Post. The United Nations has repeatedly passed resolutions demanding that Israel end its criminal occupation, but the United States, whose Mideast policy is controlled by the Zionist lobby, has prevented those resolutions from being enforced.

And in war-on-Islam-for-Israel news, the White House is now denying that Bush ever apologized for the incident in which a US soldier scrawled expletives on the Qur'an, the holy book of 1.5 billion Muslims, and used it for target practice. Enmity between the US and the world's 1.5 billion Muslims is obviously not in the national interest of the USA, but it just as obviously IS in the national interest of Israel.

In 9/11 research news...researcher Aidan Monaghan has reported that a flight data file created by the downloaded Flight Data Recorder information of American Airlines flight 77 was created before the black box itself was reportedly found.

And in 9/11 truth activism news, two members of WeAreChange.org have been assaulted and arrested by Louisville police at an Oliver North event in Kentucky. The activists had been peacefully handing out information and asking Oliver North questions about World Trade Center Building 7, plans for martial law, and other sensitive topics.

Finally, in more questionable law enforcement news, the Associated Press is reporting that a donkey in TUXTLA GUTIERREZ, Mexico has been arrested and jailed for assault. Unfortunately the donkey did not belong to Dick Cheney, so we cannot yet issue our long-anticipated report that Cheney's ass has finally been thrown in jail.

The Tehran Times has reported that Iran's Intelligence Ministry has exposed and dismantled a terrorist network affiliated with the United States Central Intelligence Agency. The CIA terrorists were busted on May 7 by Iranian intelligence agents in Fars, Khuzestan, Gilan, West Azerbaijan, and Tehran provinces, according to the Intelligence Ministry. The report said the group’s terrorist activities were reportedly planned in the U.S., and the CIA terrorists planned to bomb scientific, educational, and religious centers. The terrorists also planned on shooting people in public places, as US agents did in Belgium during the Gladio false flag terror campaign, in order to make public places in various cities insecure and create fear among the people. One terrorist was killed during the crackdown while the others were arrested, the Intelligence Ministry said. The United States Central Intelligence Agency comprehensively supported the terrorist group by arming it, training its members, and sponsoring its terrorist attacks in Iran, according to the report.

If the report from the Tehran Times is true, it wouldn't be the first time that the US has engaged in widespread false-flag terror in Iran. According to PrisonPlanet.com, CIA agent Kermit Roosevelt admitted on NPR radio that in 1953 the CIA and British intelligence carried out a wave of false-flag bombings and shootings in Iran to overthrow the democratically elected government.

Speaking in CANNES, France, Michael Moore has got the 9/11 truth community buzzing with speculation that his next film will be what Farenheit 9/11 should have been. Moore said the new film would treat subjects so "toxic" he probably should not make it: "It's something I shouldn't make, something that is dangerous." Moore's next film, said to be a follow-up to Farenheit 9/11, sure sounds like it's going to take on 9/11 truth. Moore's statements include: "Our biggest enemy that we should have been afraid of during these last eight years was perhaps an internal one, and I don't mean ourselves. I mean people that were up to absolutely no good when it came to what was best for this country and best for the world. I think there should be a perp-walk coming out of the West Wing. The crimes that these people have committed go far beyond — and I'm not saying it on any kind of an emotional level or what my feelings are about Bush or whatever. I think there are very specific things that need to be looked at in terms of what they've done. What I'm going to say in this film is what probably 70 percent of them (audiences) don't want to hear."
